Lately, has gone down hill. Very unfriendly customer service… One girl seems miserable, never a “good morning” , “You’re welcome” … nothing. She will destroy your order. Will never go here again. Place is only in business because of the location, nurses and doctors short on time needing coffee.

Lovely people working here! I ask for something random almost everytime I come here, and I’ve absolutely loved every drink! Some can be a bit pricey! BUT there’s some very tasty cheaper options (tea+lemonade)! I think this place is a nice treat once in a while. Lots of seating too, great place to take a lunch! They also have doordash which is quite nice!

Seems as if only half the employees will actually make the drink that you pay for and some of them have no idea what actually goes in the drink to begin with. They charge extra for everything that you ask for, which is understandable, but the majority of the time, you don’t get those extras. Even if it’s written on the cup, they don’t look and just continue to make the standard drink. If they’re gonna charge for it, the very least they could do is give you what you pay for. Some employees do an amazing job and they are the only reason for 4 stars.

This place is a joke. It’s not even a real Starbucks. Can’t walk out of here without a disappointment. I and my kids are 365 days Starbucks customers in Pennsylvania, I’d never visit this location in Elkins WV. Employees are not trained, long waits, wrong products, not available products are the excuses at this location.
