The food was fast and pretty good the only thing was the biscuits were pretty hard just left in the warmer a bit to long but the FRIENDLINESS of the staff totally overlooked that. Will definitely be back

First time at an A&W ever. Can’t complain. Great root beer float. Burger was more like a cafeteria burger but I wasn’t expecting much anyways. Fries were fresh. Service was fine, waited about 3 minutes at the speaker before my order was taken.

Best A&W/KFC I have ever been to. Always clean, everywhere . Fried food always has that fresh grease taste. Which means no grease taste. Please keep the dill cheese curds! They also know how to make the rootbeer. Yes, some A&W’s don’t. Workers are friendly. I keep going back for more.

Burger and fries were cooked and presented nicely. The service was excellent and handled several order changes and requests from children. Give them a raise. The dining room was clean, and tables were getting wiped down between customers.

I love A&W but this year it seems too have really gone down hill. I went tonight and had friendly staff but the food was poor quality. Chicken nuggets were cold and dried out, fries cold and had found an old over cooked cheese curd in my box. Asked for fry suce and was given Ranch.

But they were out of root beer. At A&W. Oh, they were also out of corn dog bites and onion rings. Basically half their menu was unavailable. Tea and lemonade watered down to almost nothing but flavored water.
Realized none of the other drinks worked either. They were still charging for drinks. I asked for a refund and was told “the price would’ve been the same.” This place is an absolute mess.

They were understandably busy cuz they had a bus full of kids, but that shouldn’t really affect how the cook food or even look at something and wonder if they should serve something or not(say a hotdog). My husband didn’t want to even try to eat his chili dogs, they didn’t even put the onions or cheese on either of them.. Just burnt hotdogs and burnt chili… Unacceptable ..

Edit: They have improved and now its a lot less common for them to ask you to pull around and wait, good to see them improve service.
Old review: I want to give more stars but I can’t stand pulling around and parking when there is no one else in the drive thru, it’s obnoxious and encourages employees to be slow to bring your order.

Good food with a big price tag. My main complaint is that this location is manipulating drive-thru times by asking customers to pull around to the front of the parking lot to bring their food out. On paper, corporate would see that we were out of the drive thru in less than 60 seconds. In reality, we waited out front for our food (along with many other customers) for around 10 minutes.
