I have been purchasing their Mexican bread at Winco Foods in Nampa, Idaho and this is not the first time their bread has mold on it. I did notice other bags when I purchased this one on 7/5/24 that had mold in them and I tried looking for the one that didn’t have any, but to my surprise the one I chose had mold too. Idk if it’s because the bread is still warm when they bag it and ship it. It could be from poor ventilation from the heat and the plastic bag. I love supporting local business, but if nothing is brought to the attention it will continue happening. I will be returning it to the store for a refund. Hopefully they can figure out a different method of bagging it because the bread is good. I’ve also attached photos and attached the expiration date of 7/17/24.

I’ve always loved their bread. I remember back in the 80″s when they’d do,home deliveries. But I’ve recently been to the store several times and no one’s there. it was half hour until closing .

Bought a package of this Brand of Flour Tortillas that are in my local Idaho market. YIKES! These are the worse tortillas I’ve ever had! Good grief! Why are you putting in Baking Powder and the very evil Dough Conditioners into a supposedly homemade style batch of flour tortillas? What ever happened to just a normal homemade tortilla; with wheat flour, water, a little salt, and some vegetable oil or lard, or even better yet, bacon grease! These
Rodriguez Bakery Flour Tortillas are way too Nasty and Bitter!

Love the Rodriguez Bakery products! We’ve been getting them for years and only recently had an issue with mold on the bread we bought from Winco. Had to go back and exchange it but that’s the only issue we’ve ever had! We understand things happen and will continue to support this business

We have been using their yellow corn street taco tortillas and we are loving them! They LOOK different that the typical tortillas you buy at the grocery store. They look fresher and the taste is definitely fresh! Good quality products, good price, awesome flavor! Highly recommend!

Rodriguez tortillas are the only ones I will eat, they are absolutely the best. Whenever I’m in the store and I see someone staring at the shelves of options, I can’t help but speak up and say try Rodriguez, you’ll never buy another brand again, and you’re supporting a local business!
