Food is fine, employees are fine. What sucks is why offer an option for convenience and quickness presented as a self serve check out option in the market grille and then come to find out the machine doesn’t even work. The past couple MONTHS I’ve came here to order a pizza on the kiosks. Not once has it worked. I get to fill out all my toppings, and then it won’t let me add to cart and checkout. I’m sure there’s been numerous complaints. Even the guy behind the counter told me there’s been complaints about “where’s my pizza” or even noticed how no one uses them. Multimillion dollar company and can’t even get basic software right.

Poor service. Took close to an hour after ordering to receive a single person order. Staff claims they were down one person but the entire time 3 individuals were standing and chatting at counter.
