I hope the owners see this because the service was terrible. The staff was more worried about getting out then making sure the food was quality. This place closes at 9:30. I walked in at 8:20 got eye rolls and the most disgusting looking food. I love panda express but I definitely will not be back to this location. Very very disappointed

Today, I ordered the 3 entree meal, with only Orange Chicken. As the server was scooping, I noticed she was being very skimpy. I asked for more and was rudely told she wouldn’t do that. The amount of chicken would barely cover the overflowing carton of rice I was given. Both the rice and chicken were cold. The orange chicken was burnt in places, there’s not enough sauce to mix with the rice to make it not taste like paste and it was rubbery, like it had been sitting most of the day. I wasn’t given utensils or napkins. Definitely will not be back.

This was the most disgusting Panda Express location Ive ever had. Do not waste your time eating here and go eat somewhere else before you’re stuck with this 1/5 star experience.
First of all, they got my order wrong by forgetting my side and instead just gave me the chicken and vegetables in the plate. Then, the fried rice is so nasty; it was clumpy and flavorless. It seemed like they just mixed white rice in the remaining fried rice. The chowmein was very skinny and oily. The orange chicken tasted unusual, almost like uncooked. Not only that, they were stingy with the food! (I also ordered black angus steak and they gave me maximum 3 pieces of steak!!)
Since I had take out, we were waiting on our food for so long.
PLEASE improve in many ways so i don’t need to have a bad experience every time i order there.

I’ve been to this location a couple times and thought the first time that I just picked a bad time to go and this experience was worse. We came around 7-8pm and was told they weren’t making anymore white rice. While we were there they replenished entrees and I didn’t understand why the rice was excluded. If they run out and someone has food restrictions, what will be offered instead? The rice that was left was very hard on top and requested the bottom portion, which wasn’t the greatest but not brick hard. The stars go to the guy who tried and another server took over for him that was all over the place. Businesses will thrive when they keep them clean and serve fresh offerings. Even on a busy day, you don’t want to eat just anything and try to find alternatives that aren’t full of junk and dyes. When Panda Express rolled out years ago, it was very good and you could sample the food so you knew you were getting hot and fresh meals.

The food is good but sometimes I get mine that’s over done or sitting for too long and dried out. I wish that when I ask to have half of the rice instead of a full side that I get what I asked for. This happens all the time. Also if I want half of the side of rice I should only pay a smaller amount.

Today I ordered the black Angus peppered steak for the first time and I must say it was amazing! Everything about this bowl was delicious! The rice was cooked perfect and super flavorful. The steak was good a bit tuff but still very good. As for the mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots all cooked and seasoned to perfection. No complaint as everything was above my expectations! Thank you.
