We ordered and received cold food and a drink with a dead insect on the lid. The manager gave me a hard time as if she didn’t believe me concerning my drink, even after just coming through the drive through and purchasing a frosty pass with my order. She then just took the drink without saying a word gave me a cup and went back to work. No concern for other potential bugs. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

This location is the closest to home so I come pretty regularly and During any day shift iv never experiences any bad customer service or bad food most of the time it’s fresh but for my two most recent visits iv had such a horrible experience on the first visit. it started before I could even make it to the window I could hear the attitude thru the speakers the lady working she was rushing me and huffing and puffing thru the mic like I was bothering her and she just had me waiting on the window waiting she was avoiding talking with me and was making a stank face at me and the second visit when I pulled up to order i experienced the same thing and when I pulled to the window I seen it was the same lady for the previous visit this time she didn’t say much but when after she gave me my food she slammed the window and said something this lady worked night shift Sunday (nov 30 ,2025) and Wednesday (dec 3,2025)

Horrible customer service!! Young lady at the drive thru was VERY rude I came by 10/24/25 at 10pm and was very demanding and rushing didnt let me even think about what i wanted and was trying to get me to go to the window when i wasn’t even done with my order. Hopefully she hears about this and changes her attitude. Doesn’t seem like she likes her job at all! Also gave me regular nuggets instead of spicy. No sauce in my order and it was also cold smh Wendys do better.

The food was fresh. Service was prompt and friendly. If you’re dining in, be prepared to find dirty tables, and the dining area is small, so it feels very cramped. The restrooms are one person at a time so take that in mind if there are others waiting.

Their customer service via drive-thru is not only quick, but also runs very efficiently. The staff are also very nice and most importantly, they got mine and my husband’s order right the first time! So no need to drive back around and waste more minutes of my life that I could’ve spent doing something else. No worries here! Everything is great! Food tasted awesome too!

This is my second time at this Wendy’s and I have to say it’s also now my favorite. The food was perfect in every way… put together,cooked, & as ordered. Everything was fresh. From the moment we walked in to the time we left was a pleasant and peaceful experience. Greeted us & cashier was super sweet. The Wendy’s is new so it’s very modern & ‘cute cozy” and if you love nugget ice ooohhhh this one has it!! I call it the good-good ice

I think someone needs to check on the well being of the employees, because do they exist at this location? Today, 5/13/25 I stopped by for breakfast on the way home from working a redeye flight. I was there right when they were supposed to open the drive thru, 6am. No one responded at the order box so I drove to the window, no one was in view. I drove around again thinking maybe a sound plays when someone pulls up to the order box, still no response. Tried one more time after a truck pulled up as well, again no response. I was there doing this for 10 minutes, because I really wanted Wendy’s breakfast today. Finally I left to go over to Chick-fil-a who I know their employees exist.
