The management of this store is awful! No hate to the young man working the morning shift, i don’t blame him, but allowing ONE single person to run the POS and make the food is just asking for problems. All of the food we received were clearly a rush job, missing sauces and no ice in an ICED coffee. I hope the guy that worked this morning gets a well deserved break

The best T bell I’ve been to! Nate is the man! I know when I see him at that window, my order will be made right and the food will taste great. Customer service and order accuracy is top notch compared to other Taco Bell’s. This is my go to location no matter where I am.

Terrible management. they burnt the fries they were like rocks and we asked if they can exchange them at the window and the lady said “my manager wont let me do that”. why not replace something we paid for that you burnt? waste of money. do not go here if you want bad tasting food.

Went on a Sunday around 9pm which is usually slow for Taco Bell. Knowing the staff works long nights I tipped the staff $20 and my order was completely wrong the apparent aroma of marijuana coming out of the drive-thru window apparently was the issue of my order being wrong.. maybe I should have smoked to make my order taste a lot better than what I got LOL

Purchased on app taco shell was stale and I’m not sure if this Taco Bell uses a different formula for the Fresca but they are kinda flavorless at times and the price is ridiculous if that’s the way it should taste and my loaded nacho smelled funny

How I’m so blessed to have at least 4 Taco Bells within 15 minutes of my house I don’t know but here we are. Of the 4 this is probably the best one. Fast service, dining room area is usually clean, food is as would be expected and rarely have a mistake in the order. Its not the closest of the 4 to me but is the one I go to most often.

Every time I give this place another chance it’s the same. Wrong, cold food. Waiting in line in the middle of the day for 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead. TERRIBLE. They need a whole new staff! Disgusting. Don’t waste your money.

All I have to say is one guy orange haired bigger ish messed up my order due to tomato, which I am allergic to! this sweet girl maya asked to fix it and the problem, he yelled at her to the point where she cried. She was the only one willing to fix my order after he threw it into the truck and said keep it! So disrespectful I’ll never be back unless she is working!

I had a terrible experience there yesterday. I will not be back until I hear that they have gotten rid of the AI ordering in the drive thru. It messed up my order, I couldn’t correct it. My order was wrong and it charged me wrong. The staff was pleasant and made the corrections as best they could. The food was good. Overall, a waste of time!
