I went there for breakfast and the other morning and I just got to say they was on top of their game even though the drive-thru was packed and they had my food prepared and out within just a couple minutes. 10 out of 10 for service and courteousness

Drive thru is AI only, which is horrible to use. Then got fries that are hard and cold. Don’t waste your time, go to McDonald.

Hit the drive thru for dinner around 7:30 pm since I was doing laundry at a local laundromat. I order the Chicken Supremes with Cajun Pintos as that is my usual order at any Bojangles. My most common experience with choosing Bojangles is a good one. However in the instance, I received a lousy meal from a lousy staff. First thing I noticed is they forgot the dipping sauce… irritating but not worth returning to the restaurant for. Then I picked up a Chicken Supremes tender and it was barely warmer than my body heat. Even the biscuit was not hot. So i return to the restaurant, pull up to the window where about 5 employees are having a gossip session and tell them nothing in the box of food they gave me is hot and they forgot the dipping sauce. Well I’m given two options, they will give me another order (of cold food that is sitting under a heat lamp) or they can make the chicken fresh and I’d have to wait 10 minutes. When I asked why they are serving cold (under temperature) chicken I’m given the response of, “We haven’t had any other complaints”. Well DUH! Who is going to take their time to go back and complain? I’m sure most of the customers take their food home or to work before eating it and going back to a restaurant because the food was served old and cold is not gonna happen. Well, I chose to wait for fresh food. I’m assuming as a “I’m sorry” they put an order of fries in there too. Nice sentiment, but I think I would have had less salt eating from a salt shaker than what was on the fries. So to conclude my story, rant and review… don’t allow places like this to serve you garbage food. By the way, according to ServeSafe (National Accreditation for Safe Food Handling) and the Department of Health, food being held below the acceptable temperature can lead to sickness and food poisoning as it allows bacteria to grow. Well, chicken being served that is around 110 degrees is well below the safe threshold. That food should have went into the garbage, much like the career of the manager that was working tonight at this Bojangles location.
2 stars only because they did make a fresh order of chicken… I’ll never know if anything “extra” was added by the employees, lol.

It was good! My first experience with a Bojangles and I got an egg and sausage biscuit with gravy. Apparently I still have to try their chicken though. I’ve heard wonderful things about it.

A I takes your order but you get a smiling face at the window delivering your food.

Drive though is updated with an A.I. “person” taking your order. It’s very accurate and I’m sure all QSR will follow up with the same and eventually no people will be working drive through menus.

We stop here every time we travel since we are not fortunate enough to have one near Pittsburgh. We order 6 to 10 Cajun chicken fillet biscuits to take home. The sweet potato pie is also excellent. The staff is always super friendly.
