Food is amazing and so is the service. This was my second time going. First time I just ordered to-go. That was good. But tonight I went in by myself and had an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to meet the sushi chef Mike. He was a great guy and made the experience even better. Not that he had to though, because the food was great in itself. My parents turned me on to the place because they’ve been going here for a few months now with their accountants. And they always ranted about the sushi. Of the 2 times I have now eaten there, I would say it has definitely held up to the high standards my parents have claimed. I will definitely make this a regular stop for me and my family.

The staff here was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. They basically have two separate menu options. One is for items you would normally get from the conveyor belt, the other is a more extensive menu. All the food I had here was great.

This place is a perfect little sushi spot. The service is always awesome and the happy hour is a steal! I’m not a sushi expert by any means so I’m not sure if this sushi would pass any high grade gourmet sushi standards for sashimi, but for those of us who just want a quick, delicious roll, this is great spot.

I ordered a platter for a birthday party.
I ordered the Sushi and Roll Platter.
Of course, it was a hit and everyone loved it!
Ordering was easy and there’s an option for delivery but I selected to do Store Pickup since it was close by to the party.
There were plenty of rolls and nigiri. The presentation was also superb and pretty.
The food of course was absolutely delicious!
The platter was good for 12 person with atleast 9-10 pcs each. That’s a lot for the price!
Definitely recommended for any celebrations, gatherings and meetings.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – ordered four rolls of Kiss Of Fire, Double Yellowtail, Shrimp Killer 2, and Rainbow Roll. The presentation was amazing for a to-go order with all the sauces in small containers so the rice doesn’t soak it all up and fall apart.

Ambiance: n/a – ordered food to go. We arrived at 11:45 when it just opened so no sushi in the revolver yet. The delivery train on the tracks was quite cute and fun to watch.

I arrived at Kaizen on a Friday a bit before noon and got a nice booth with a view of red rock canyon in the distance. It was a serene dining experience but the food was not the quality where I would return.
The appetizers were quite large and good for sharing. The hirame had some good slices and the rest were meh. The agedashi was warm and comforting but top flavorful. The baked mussels were okay.
I was sad to taste the ikura and spicy scallops. The ikura felt old and the scallops were the worst I’ve ever had compared to any preparation or any cuisine where I’ve had scallops.
I didn’t get any rolls and maybe those are better here.

I’ve been to over a dozen sushi places in Las Vegas over the years, and Kaizen is by far my favorite… so much that I actually ate here 5 times this past week. The quality of their cuts, flavor variety, and presentation is absolutely amazing! If you order from the belt menu, the portions are half-sized and very affordable. A little remote controlled trolly-truck delivers your order directly to your table. You can tell their staff cares a lot about customer service. The entire customer experience is phenomenal. 5 stars easy!

Typically, we’ve gone to Sapporo for revolving sushi but decided to try something different. When we walked in and were seated, they do have a conveyer belt but it only shows pictures of what is available and then you scan a QR code to get the menu on your phone. To me, this removed the entire revolving sushi experience and benefit of picking your food as you want it. We ordered our first round from the menu. Once we were finished we ordered the 2nd round. 20 minutes later the food had still not arrived. We spoke to the waitress and she said they had not started it yet so we cancelled the order, paid our bill and left. There were only 6 tables occupied so they should not have been that busy. The food was mediocre at best. We will not be back.
