NEVER order a Philly from this place. Unless you want OVERPRICED bread and lettuce with a side of meat then you’re at the right location. I visited this establishment on a Saturday and the parking lot was empty. I decided to use the drive thru thinking that it would be quicker it wasn’t. I sat there for 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. While I was placing my order it seems like I disturbed the girl from doing whatever except working. Do yourself a favor and just drive by this place and eat at Sheetz.

My order wasn’t made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I’ve ever had here but I know they’ve been great the zillion other times so I’m not going to hold it against them. I’ll definitely return but if it’s not right next time, I may lower my rating.

This is probably the best Subway in Greensboro, hands down or up I should say! They are always courteous and Subway is the only place I order salads from because why not? It is a salad made your way and made to order. Lord knows I appreciate the Subway on Burlington Rd!!

I wish I could give them no stars. The customer service was horrible. No other customers were in the restaurant at the time of our visit.The two employees never greeted us. They only stared at us and one rolled his eyes when we walked in. My Nephew nicely greeted one of the employees by saying ,”Hello sir.” He replied “do you know what you want?” as he reluctantly put on his gloves. We walked out. I will not pay for bad customer service. It may not make a huge difference but I will not go back to this location.

My favorite sub place. Despite all recent publicity, tuna is still my favorite. It’s what I get on every visit, which is usually once a week. Staff has been great no matter which location i have used.
