I would like to say that opinions vary, but facts are relevant. Fact 1- 35 minutes to receive something to drink, they told me that they ran out of glasses. Fact 2 – 70 dollars is a high expense for two cheeseburgers and an appetizer with a kids meal. Fact 3 – we didn’t receive our meal for over 2 hours. Fact 4- my wife’s food was cold when it arrived two hours later; How’s that happen? Fact 5 – customer service goes a long way, the only waitress who was cordial to us was fired that night, and the manager lies to me when he said it was unacceptable and that he would take care of the check; he didnt…

Atmosphere reminded me of being in a restaurant in the Smokey Mts. My steak was the best tasting steak I have ever eaten. The staff was so nice to my little boy and mafe sure our table had everything we needed. I will definitely take my family again.

Service was fair, Order the Bone in Ribeye, had no taste at all none!! $28.00 no taste. Took several minutes to get steak knives after food delivered. Very pricey for Jackson when everything else is extra!! No wonder that they closed!!
