I hadn’t been to this location in over a year. I visited today and This is the CLEANEST Subway I have ever visited. The place was SPOTLESS top to bottom!!. Amy and Carlos gave excellent service. They were so pleasant and welcoming. I am impressed with the service, cleanliness and quality of food. Keep up the excellent work!!

at the Subway on 12644 Perkins Rd, Baton Rouge, LA, on October 11, 2024, between 7:10 PM and 7:30 PM.When my sister and I entered, a woman seated without any Subway identification glared at us, making us uneasy. Despite this, we placed our order due to our fatigue and hunger. The employee behind the counter was slow, uncooperative, and placed a metal barrier over the meats, obstructing my view. The vegetables looked old and unappetizing, but I completed my order and paid about $19.24 for two sandwiches.In my car, I unwrapped my sandwich and was met with a foul odor. My sister advised against eating it, fearing health risks. I returned to the store to request a refund. The employee responded aggressively, refusing to process the refund and insisting there was nothing wrong with the sandwich.The woman who had been seated earlier jumped up and began shouting, escalating the situation.

I ordered a ham and cheese melt with tomatoes through the app and when my boyfriend picked it up and brought the sandwich home, there was no cheese or tomato on my sandwich. Just meat and Mayo. I called the store multiple times with no answer. This isn’t the first time I’ve received terrible service from them. Don’t go here. Save yourself the time.

DO NOT order from this location. Will spare all the nasty details, but in summary, placed a mobile order for two simple subs and it was a good thing I arrived early to watch the food get made. What was not good was observing the worker consistently coughing and sneezing as she was preparing the food. It was so gross and she was clearly ill and should NOT have been working around food. What’s worse is I had to stop and ask why no turkey was placed on one sub as the worker was bagging it up. She then proceeded to argue with me and stated that the receipt “didn’t say Turkey”. The other worker had to explain to her that I had ordered a “Titan Turkey” and therefore she should have included turkey. Then, instead of remaking the sub, the turkey was dropped on top of all of the veggies, pressed together and replaced in a bag. So had I not arrived early to witness the stupidity, would have enjoyed a sandwich full of veggies and bread. The whole situation was pathetic, disgusting, and a total waste of time and money. Understanding it may be difficult to find competent staff, perhaps the owner should be IN THE STORE and take responsibility for upholding the brand standards until such time that competent staff can be trained. I won’t be back to this location and suggest you shouldn’t either. It makes me want to avoid the chain as a whole as well.
