Got the chicken strip basket. Got home and opened it… Boy was it pathetic… Chicken strips were so tiny it wasn’t even funny. Definitely not worth $6 They were the size of two fingers put together and not long at all… Come on Dairy Queen… Get it together

Got there about 5 mins before they closed ( so sorry, I’ve worked fast food before) and ordered 2 chicken strip baskets. Needless to say they gave us the bottom of the barrel food. Toast was old, cold, and nasty. Dipping cups were not even half full, and the chicken looked as if it came off the floor. They didn’t properly sauce the chicken either. The little blonde female employee just stood there on her cell phone making jokes and laughing with the person in brazier. Just totally unprofessional. We called and complained about the order and it was replaced. Sad thing is… I used to work at this same location. I was very disappointed….

I’ve been a dedicated customer to Dairy Queen for a few months now and going there at least twice a day just about every single day this whole time. Until today…
When I pulled in and up to the speaker, I sat there for 5 minutes with no response at all. So when I drove around to the window to get service there was no one in sight, not when I pulled in front of store either, but then, an older couple pulled in drove up to the window and were greeted by someone to take their order.
Now, I have never been rude, disrespectful or caused any type of issue or given a reason to be silently ignored and treated like that by them… in fact I have always been the total opposite…a couple weeks ago I ordered my usual vanilla malt only to get looked at as if I did something by a mixed girl who claimed to be a manager and then get served a vanilla shake instead of a malt by her. I called the store about it and again was disrespected by her which the call ended with remarks uncalled for.
This store is filled with childish teenagers who disrespect the public like they probably do their parents. That store has the worst of everything… that’s why I kept it simple with a malt which was proven they can’t do that either. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I received a melted Blizzard through the drive through. It was half-melted so I turned around. They gave me another and half way home realized that it was also half melted. I called in and they said to come back tomorrow. When I showed up I was met with back-handed comments and said it’s not their responsibility to make sure my Blizzards aren’t half-melted. I will never again give them my business. Food, customer service, and atmosphere are awful.
