Customer Service is lacking. I could not get anyone to take my order. I stood at the counter but was ignored by the entire staff in the back. I was the only one at the counter for at least 10 minutes. There were other people standing back waiting on food. I was trying to do a medium size to-go order. It seem like everyone might have been new? Where was the manager? They were not busy because there was more employees than Customers sitting in the dining area.
I gave up and left

This location never opens on time. This location is such a disappointment. I had high hopes and was excited to find it here, but the store has went downhill so fast. Please just close your doors and let a business that knows how to operate open something else up.

This is the second time that the peach in the peach lemonade has been rotten. My husband stops in to get me lemonade with extra peach because I’m obsessed with it. He gets me multiple to put in the fridge and now it’s been 4 lemonades ruined because they clearly don’t change the peach out and let it go bad. HOW DISTURBING! Can you say lawsuit?

I visited the Charlie’s inside of the Walmart off of Justin road. I had the pleasure to get my order taken by D.D. He has great customer service, and suggested the best daily lunch special. Will definitely be back.
