Miserable. The place is filthy. Floors are dirty. The tables had so much old food and liquid I had to ask someone to clean them.
After I saw a mouse running around, I asked to get the food to go and was met with an attitude. I told the cashier about the mouse and she couldn’t be bothered to care. The mouse was too quick or I would have taken a photo of that thing, too. Pupuas were just okay. My partner wouldn’t even eat them she was too grossed out by the state of the dining area.

We ordered food (which was overpriced), and even for the amount paid I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after seeing how filthy this restaurant is. The floor has clearly not seen a mop in days. The tables were gross. I swear I saw a squished bug and there are mice roaming free

First time customer experience will be my last. Only good thing about my $9 breakfast was the coffee. The eggs n potatoes were lukewarm. The potatoes were mushy. Both the potatoes n sausages tasted odd, not as expected. I ate the eggs n drank coffee but could not barely touch the potatoes n sausages. What a waste! I definitely won’t be coming back.

Came in here and was so disappointed with the customer service & food variety. Lady was on the phone talking to her friends while I was just waiting to order. End up telling me she can’t make a dish that was literally advertised in the front of the store. Do not recommend.

The food was ok, but take out was very soggy when I got home (live 4 min away…) so they could pack it much better. Price was fine…however not speaking Spanish was a huge issue. I could read the menu and point, but the staff was almost glaring at me. I am a very polite and smiley person who has lived in other countries where I didn’t speak the language and never felt so unwelcome, I will not be back.

This place is just gross. Very Dirty. There were drunk men there loud and rude. Staff did not care. I monitored how food was prepared and most are reheated or been sitting there for a while. I couldn’t even eat the chicken as it seemed they washed it off from one they had in a sauce. Yuca and fries were under cooked too.
