Man, this place is far. Coming from the West, to this place was pretty good distance. Just had to come for the free kids meal deal. Great workers, quick food. I guess this place has been around for years. Well done. Everything was good. No issues.
I had the 16oz Prime Rib. Always Perfect. My wife and kids had Rib-eye and Ribs which were also perfect. Rib-eye was burned but they fixed that with a replacement. Fall off your bone Ribs!! We also had the appetizers: boneless wings, deep fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks.
All the food was prepared well. Defiantly a good Texas Roadhouse location.
Highly Recommended
Ordered a steak rare and got medium… Certainly not rare. The lightest pink and warm in the middle. This picture actually makes it look closer to rare than it was. So gross, I don’t like my steak medium. Rare steak requires the least amount of cooking… how does it seem to be the hardest to get right? I mean come on. Ordered carry out and wasn’t about to drive back to have them correct it. Definitely disappointed and won’t recommend this location.
** Sending food back because it is not cooked properly has been the norm at this location. This is the third time this has happened in the last few weeks. We ordered ribs at a previous visit and they were also burnt and had to be remade. Chicken critters have also been burnt and had to be renade. The steak being under cooked or way overcooked and had to be remade. The chili being watery or had bones in it. Every time we visit, we have to send our chili back to the kitchen to be heated up in the microwave as they serve the chili cold/cool. We have to wait hours just to have our food correct. Going out to eat should be enjoyable, not stressful.
In addition, it shouldn’t take over 2 hours to get the food right. Who wants to have to wait over 2 hours to have their food remade multiple times? **
** Since Texas Roadhouse changed its chicken tender supplier, the chicken critters/tenders are subpar. The critters are all different sizes – extremely tiny to a normal size. Since they are all different sizes, they do not cook evenly or consistently. The smaller ones are burnt, and the larger ones are undercooked. At our previous visit, all critters were burnt and had to be sent back to be remade. **
** Unfortunately, the management and the owner do not care about their customers, as they have a line out the door. The manager saw the horrible steak and initially offered a 10 percent discount off the steak meal…a whole $2.50 for waiting over 2 hours. Unfortunately, she NEVER came back and NEVER adjusted the bill. The proper response would have been to comp the meal especially for waiting 2 hours. The owner came out with the new steak. The owner did not offer an apology or a price adjustment. He offered a side of green beans to eat while the person I was with ate the new, improved steak. When we told the owner that we have noticed a difference in the quality and consistency in the food, he stood mute. Lastly, when we told the owner that maybe it’s time to visit a different Texas Roadhouse because of our sub-par experiences, he could care less. He didn’t ask what he could do to keep us as customers or anything. In addition, when we explained to him that we finally got the new steak after a 2-hour wait, he didn’t apologize, adjust the bill, or ask what he could do to make it better. The management and owner are dismissive and could care less about their customers experiences and concerns. Even the waiter suggested we visit a different location. Really? Totally rude behavior. **
** People lead by example. Since the owner doesn’t care about the customers, it explains why the management has a poor attitude towards customers too. **
** Customer service is key to a business, and unfortunately, this location is totally lacking in customer service skills. **
** We will gladly take our business somewhere else. Somewhere where you, the customer, are appreciated.**.
** I have read other Google reviews and it seems like the theme of this restaurant is burnt food and dismissive, uncaring, and rude management and owner. **

Those Rolls. Lots of pride was taken, and it shows. Fluffy, Flavorful pillows of dough, baked until golden brown, slathered in butter for good measure and presented in wax paper with the best cinnamon honey butter on the planet.
Those rolls make you thirsty, my date loves the cocktails, I’m a fan of a couple Ice cold Cokes. Service was 5/5, I’m not usually a name dropper but Ashly, you did so well. Thank You.
Steak was seasoned & grilled perfectly. 8 oz sirloin, perfect medium. My date loved her loaded baked potato & I have to get some of those scratch made mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Shrimp are all mine. Couple bonus rolls to soak up all that garlic butter.
Very good meal, thank you. May have to frequent here instead of traveling to Madison Heights.
