my mother went to get a birthday cake for my boyfriend and waited 30 MINUTES for a horribly piped cake. It was supposed to say happy birthday matthew, but you couldn’t even read his name it was completely illegible and we had to wipe it off. $28 for this is crazyyyyyy

The drink tasted like old syrup. The burgers were saturated in mustard so much the buns were wet. The meat and cheese made everyone natious is tasted old and the fries were so salty it burned our mouths. Will never go again.

The Blizzard was good as always. There was music playing, when a song came on and an employee ran to turn it up. It was so loud, that I am sure if there were other customers, they wouldn’t have been able to hear each other. Then when other people walked in they turned it down just a little bit. It was still loud. Not everyone likes country music. Maybe find a happy medium.

Couldn’t give no stars. You never get what you ask for let alone pay for, and God forbid you should show up 30 minutes before closing and there might be a couple folks ahead of you… You will not be served. I’m always nice even though they can’t get a single order correct. I was finally asked by the manager to go somewhere else because ‘they obviously can’t make my food correctly’. That’s a direct quote. Can’t believe it frankly. I’m a local restaurant owner and I worked up through the Dairy Queen system when I was younger until I was assistant manager. I can’t believe Dairy Queen’s standards these days. This crew of bitter, angry woman is ruining the place.

Chicken tenders were tiny, barely above room temp and clearly sitting for a long time as were the fries. One of the employees was wearing dirty sweatpants.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Blizzard, and I noticed the sign clearly stated “If we don’t flip it, your next one’s free” — specifically under the Blizzard I ordered. They didn’t flip it, so I pointed it out. The employee at the window seemed embarrassed, and another staff member came over to make excuses about why they weren’t flipping them.
If the policy is advertised, it should be honored. Otherwise, it’s misleading. I wasn’t trying to be difficult — I was just curious if the guarantee was real. Apparently, it’s not. Disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Don’t go here for food – ice cream is okay but food is bad. Worth traveling to MFR or other locations instead.

I have had countless problems at this location during late afternoon and evening. There is only ever one or two people actually working while the rest are in the back, just chatting and leaning against counters.
We have been given the wrong orders before. Show them our receipt what we actually ordered and we get eye rolls and attitude. The ingredients in a lot of our blizzards aren’t even mixed properly. I understand evening’s can get busy but ordering a blizzard and getting only half made sucks.
Also I get during the summer, it’s hot, heat gets to ice cream but I was handed an already half way liquid mess of a blizzard that was obviously made way to early before we even got to the window. It ended up all over my hands and clothes and I can’t even enjoy right away it.

Quality of food just keeps going down and the prices continue to go up. Burger was thrown together very poorly and served cold fry’s that barely filled the container. Won’t be back here again. $17 for a burger meal and a caramel sundae, no thanks.

If I could put 0 stars I would. This is the worst DQ I have ever been too. The service is absolutely horribly. The workers were ignoring everyone at the counter, they were just playing and joking with each other, no one was wearing gloves while handling the food and other food related items. It took almost 30 minutes for them to get out food. The girl running the front register was on her phone a big part of the time. I will be filing a formal complaint with ths owners.
