The workers here are very rude and act put out doing the jobs. The size of the chicken is tiny and if you buy a 3 or 4 piece combo meal , it equals the amount of 1 1/2-2 pieces of chicken anywhere else.

By far, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a local fast food restaurant. I ordered at about 6:10pm online. I got to Popeyes around 6:30. When I showed up they didn’t have my order ready. Ok, I wasn’t upset about that. After they told me to stay there they’d have it for me, they came back about 10 minutes later and told me to pull forward. I did and waited about another 10ish minutes. When no one came out I went inside. They said they were working on my order. I waited there for about 5 min or so, not sure. They gave it to me with minimal discussion. Got home and realized I didn’t have the fries I ordered. I called them and Brandon, the manager, answered. When I told him I didn’t have my fries he said I could pick them up in the next two weeks. I was a bit confused so I said I just need an order of fries. He said they were closing (it was about 7:20pm) because their system was down and I could come tomorrow to get them. I was done with them at this point, but my wife, overhearing this, said “Give me the receipt, I’m going there.” She got there in about 6 minutes and they were open. She told someone at the counter what happened and they made her fried on the spot.
This was an example of ridiculously horrible customer service and I am contacting the group that owns this franchise and asking for accountability for these workers.

I ordered a four piece chicken only spicy. I was told I could not get a four piece box in spicy, only a three piece box. I assumed that they did not have enough spicy chicken cooked, so I asked if they could sell me a four piece box with three pieces of spicy and 1 piece of original. I was told they could not do that. I settled for the three piece box spicy. What kind of crazy policy is that. I love you chicken, but because of this, I will not spend any more money at this location, Ever! Get your act together at this unit with your personnel.

I can’t get over how disappointing this place is. I absolutely love Popeyes. It’s a shame that the location I live by can’t seem to ever get my order right. I keep giving them a chance and I find myself dissatisfied when I get home because something is wrong with my order. Literally every time. It’s clear that new management is needed. I won’t be back.

We were trying to figure out what to have for dinner, kids wanted Popeyes. Figured sure, I haven’t had it for at least ten years. Ordered there Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and a Chicken Tenders meal. The Sandwiches were exceptional…. I was surprised! The Tenders were decent but alittle dry… but the Sandwiches were worth it!

Best chicken place in town!! i went on Wednesday afternoon and got a 3 pc combo with mash potatoes and a strawberry pie, it was delicious. I asked for fresh chicken and without a problem i waited about 10-12 minutes it was worth it. The tall-edgar manager was so nice, and fast!!! he also offered the dessert menu to fully complete our order and will definitely go again!!

It was great. Didn’t get any pictures bc we were too busy eating. We bought the 10 piece family special with two sides. We chose the chicken half spicy and half mild. The sides were red beans and rice and fries. Everything was Good and fresh. The service was great and the store was clean. We were greeted by the staff and served in a reasonable manner. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely go back again.

Ordered via the app. Sat in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes before being asked to pull forward. Was ignored for another 10 minutes before going inside. The manager was unpleasant as I waited for my order inside. When I got home, I noticed that I was missing my fries.
I called to inform them I was missing my fries and would be right back to pick them up. I was told by “Brandon” I could come back in 2 weeks and pick them up, as the lobby was closing due to the system going down.
I drive the 2 minites back to the restaurant, walked in, showed the manager my reciept that I was missing the fries.
She immediately made a fresh batch of fries to rectify my order, though she did not apologize. And when the young man working the register loaded the fries into the box, he swept the extras that didn’t fit into the box onto the floor.
I will never be back to this location.

Oh how amazing this Popeyes is!! And it’s the best through and through! I have patronized many locations and this one is the best and Luis is the man!! He was courteous and helpful in getting my order freshly prepared and ready in a expedited manner! The spicy chicken sandwiches were humongous and piping hot! The Cajun fries were doubly delish! Hands down the best in town!

3-31-25 @ 3:52 I ordered a 2 piece large. I came home and discovered that the cheese was burnt for the macaroni and cheese. I called and spoke with the manager; she stated that the cheese is supposed to be crispy. I’ve never had crispy cheese from popeyes. Has anyone else?????
