Went through the drive thru and was asked to come inside and order. I was a little aggravated because it’s been like that the last three times I’ve been there. When we got inside,I understood why. The worker was very friendly but he was by himself along with the cook. They were doing the best they could on a sinking ship.

It was no one in line and I had to wait a while for my food. I’m not even mad bout that, I asked for honey mustard sauce and the lady with the lil hair (a weak puff) says “Im not gon lie, I dont feel like walking all the way back there can you back up to the window again” UMM WHAT Even if you don’t feel like grabbing sauce, you are clocked in and at work, since when do you tell the customers you dont feel like making their service good. I thought this was burger king where we rule. Do better. The service always sucks here. Hire a whole new staff ASAP!!

This is a horrible location! First time I went the lady at the window gave me attitude and told me to pull around then forgot about me had to come inside with a house gown on smh
2nd time I came they told me they didn’t have lunch food available and it was way past lunch time.
3rd time I waited in a long line just for them to say “sorry you’re going to have to come in we’re not doing drive thru right now”

Time to rename the whopper to something else. Any burger smaller than 3 inch cig lighter is a slider and you should be billed appropriately for it

Poor service order breakfast at 1030 and said they had nothing left but sausage which was fine trying to eat and couple walks in side no one to take there order they was standing there at least 5 min than they left than here comes 2 people in getting all loud ant the guy from the back come out and started talking loud with then laughing and talking than the cashier started doing the same could not enjoy our meal will not never be back there

The food was okay but the service sucked. I did a mobile order and arrive to the building 5 minutes later got to the window and they told me to pull around and wait. I had to wait 45 minutes just to get my food. Now I have done work at a fast food restaurant before so I know things could get hectic but never have I ever witnessed a restaurant make you wait this long for simple stuff. Thank God they had my order correct at least.

Your website says open for DINE IN, drive thru, and delivery…KEEP THE FREAKING DOORS LOCKED AND PUT A SIGN UP IF YOU’RE GOING TO TURN CUSTOMERS AWAY and say it’s only drive thru AFTER they walked inside to counter for service!!!! ALSO, CHANGE WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS TO THE TRUTH
