Went through the drive through to grab a quick lunch for my daughter, kids chicken nugget meal and a cheeseburger. Service was average. Food was average. Order was correct. We enjoyed the ‘toy’ that came with the meal! It was the card game ‘go fish.’ We had a blast playing it when we got home. Thank you not another little plastic toy, this was original and created a family game night out of it.

Sunday 2/15/26 arrived at 10:23 no one took my order until 10:31. Breakfast was over. I got there before breakfast service finished. Terrible service. Very disappointed. Very angry. People were walking around seamingly not doing anything. When someone arrives you should take their order!!!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible service. Fast food isn’t fast anymore.

I really like the flame-grilled taste of their burgers, as well as the mayo, pickles, lettuce and onion toppings on the Whopper. And, their fries are just as good as McDonald’s. The manager at this particular location must be doing a good job because the food is consistently fresh, warm, and well prepared. NOTE: The five-star rating is relative to other fast-food restaurants, including other BK franchises. UPDATE-1: The service is always friendly and efficient. UPDATE-2: Ordered the mushroom melt and was disappointed to find only two lonely mushroom slices under the hood.

I just ordered from here. I ordered for delivery, a bacon king with fries/onion rings and a Dr Pepper.
When I got my order it was two original chicken sandwiches, jalapeño poppers and a Dr Pepper.
The receipt even states my original order, how do you make a mistake this bad? I didn’t even get fries or onion rings.

terrible service rude staff i suggest if you like Togo get lunch without someone being rude to you because they told you the second window and meant the first one not my fault they didn’t finish school and hate their job id go someplace else maybe Arby’s over on Erie Blvd. never had an issue there maybe they should reconsider the staff members they have at this location awful experience and i will no longer be eating burger king if this order is not refunded

I called to request that my food be made fresh to order for my UberEATS purchase. The person who answered the phone and said she was the manager, said she would prepare my order fresh, when the driver arrived. She did not. Look at the picture. She did not make my burgers fresh from freezer/fridge to grill, or my fish dropped from frozen fillet to fryer. The burgers were extremely hard and burnt around the edges. They would not look like that freshly cooked to order. Also, She attached my receipt, in a way that I could not read my UberEATS order number. Zero stars. First and last purchase from them.
