Horrible experience rude employees order on DoorDash. I stay up the street food was absolutely cold old I’m Haitian so I knew what old food taste like horrible service. The worker was very rude. Wanted to take seven customers instead of fixing my problem. Will not be ordering from there again none of the food was covered. Everything was old rice was old. It was crazy.

This Haitian food spot is a gem. I love the fact that they have $10 specials. In these times it’s important to have great food at an affordable price. I got the Legume special and it was sooooooooooooo good. . And my goodness their soursop juice is probably the best I have ever had. The special was what got me in the door but the soursop juice made me a customer for life. Also there’s a young man who works the front. He’s always trying his best and communicating with customers. The ladies at the front are very helpful as well. It’s important that us as Haitians support our restaurants because they are an important pillar of our community. This restaurant tries their best to give good customer service. Let’s reward them with our dollars and great reviews.

I decided to check out this place since it was my last night in the city, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the Turkey Tassot and a couple of patties. The turkey was delicious! The patties were just okay, though—they could have used a bit more filling. But the service was fantastic, which made the experience special. I loved the Turkey Tassot so much that I called a Haitian friend of mine when I returned home to get her recipe. Mine turned out pretty good, but it didn’t compare to the amazing one from the restaurant!

The food is great but they take far too long to get it out. I ordered my meal online and it shout take 20 mins according to the app. It took them an hour and even when the driver arrived he was still waiting. Great food but horrible service. Next time im ordering from a different haitian restaurant with a better timing. Sad part is I can’t even eat because it took up my entire lunch break and it still arrived well after smh

Very good Haitian food and I like how they updated the restaurant. My griot plate was mostly delicious with macaroni and plantains but my black rice just needed a little more love(flavor) but overall I had tasty meal. Service was quick as well.

I’ve been coming here for a while and they NEVER seem to disappoint me! And when I was being told that there was going to be a few new items on the menu to be coming soon which was these smoothies and chicken wings you see below, I mean I’m speechless the pictures tell it all! Wings were perfectly cooked and seasoned, the smoothies are definitely a game changer. I ordered the Ji mango which was so good I added strawberries to mine, they let you add to your smoothies you can literally order whatever smoothie fits your appetite in that moment. I also tried the Ji corossol which is sour sop in English, in our Haitian culture that is a very popular drink that we drink for comfort or just to have something refreshing literally reminds me of my childhood! Yall the overall environment of this restaurant is filled with love and good food. It’s always good to call your order in so you can be assured the best proficient service, but don’t worry they are patient when taking your order and food will always be fresh . 10/10 go try them!!!! Go on your lunch break who doesn’t love wings, fries and a smoothie! And if you want rice instead of fries looking for more of a dinner option you have that choice as well. I love this spot but the girl who takes orders in the front is horrible. Last time I came I warned her that she gave me no meat on my husband’s plate and that I was coming to complain about her. Luckily for her, there was no one to complain to at the time so I told her directly. Well, what do you know? This girl still found a way to mess up the plate, petite. The only reason I’m not going to leave a bad star rating is because I like this spot a lot. BUT beware of her rudeness AND her horrible way of serving / sharing out your food. She will skimp the meal and leave no sides, not even one plantain or salad. I warned her but what she does is unacceptable. You will receive Legume with one odd piece of meat or bones straight up with no sides. She will forget your plantain and salad. She is bad for your business. The food is too delicious and the service is too good for her to be at the FRONT of house taking orders. Put her in the back!!!!!
