im 21 weeks pregnant and i’ve been on a search for a good root beer float for WEEKSS it’s been a crazy craving of mine. I went around 11pm and asked my partner to ask the girlie in the drive through if she could make me one ( i know it’s not on the menu but i wanted it sooo bad and was hopeful ) and she said YES :’) her name is Leoner and everytime i’ve visited Jack she has given me the most pleasant experience It was a kind gesture that my emotional pregnant self appreciated SO much ! I went again tried my luck and a different employee told me that they were unable to make it (completely understandable i understand it’s not an actual menu item) but it made me realize she really just did it out of the kindness of her heart! Very thankful and great employees you guys have hired

This place is dirty, dirty, dirty!! Its a tin y place, how hard is it to keep the llace clean? No ice in the machine in the dining room. They got my husband’s burger wrong, (no cheese) and he just said forget it, get my money back. I took it up and told them they made it wrong just to give me a refund, the employee was rude and said well let me have the rest of the food…. I said, well I just wanted a refund for this burger but you know what, yea, give me a refund for all of it!!! Actually kind of glad I did that, I probably saved myself a a stomach issue from the dirtyness of that place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else…..

Thank you for the great service from the staff. Especially Cesar always providing top of the line service. I understand it gets busy and it can be very draining working there, especially having doordash as a service there as well, but keep it up! I called the health department on them. The managers are allowing illegal food handling to happen. They are serving cross contaminated and unsafe food. They are frying the food and then taking it out – letting it sit 10 minutes – then put it back in the oil. They keep doing it and decided to do it again at 10:20PM on Saturday, October 5th. I have my receipt. Anyway. Best of luck to this store. They either will be shut down or everyone will be fired….

I’ve noticed that this location frequently makes mistakes with orders. For instance, today, I ordered a Double Jack combo but received a Jumbo Jack combo instead. On previous occasions, I’ve also found that the items I paid for were missing.
