I have to say this is my favorite Taco Bell. The portions are great and Chad is an absolutely stellar worker. He really makes the experience every time. He’s engaging with the customers and is always on top of pushing limited and popular items. I keep coming to this specific location bc of Chad’s service and the consistency in stellar food (no smaller portions but correct and filling portions, no mistakes in my orders such as lettuce when I say no lettuce, etc). So, if you’re Chad’s boss, give him a raise he is the one bringing customers in consistently. I make the trip out from Durant just to enjoy the location here (and Durant has a location! Lol but this place is better).

I ordered like $50 worth of tacos. A bunch of bean and cheese burritos which I asked for extra cheese extra red sauce. I didn’t get neither. The Doritos locos tacos I asked for no lettuce I did get that. Lettuce. But I went back up there immediately and they did replace those tacos now came back to eat my bean and cheese burritos and they were so dry without the extra sauce and extra cheese bummer . Did call corporate hope to hear from them what’s a coupon or something we did eat the beans and cheese burritos those were for my daughter so they can have something to eat before they went to work that night..

Guy at the register today was super friendly and polite. I asked for sour cream on all my tacos and the kitchen staff definitely needs a little more care. Tacos were put together very poorly (not busy btw) sour cream was a huge blob and the end of the tacos (all of them) as if they didn’t care one bit.
Come on man, this is not a Skill issue, this is a Will issue. We pay we deserve decent food!

Looked at app said dinning room open till 2am hour sign says the same, walk in and get told they closed at 11 pm. If you close the dinning room at 11 pm change the app Google and the sign on the door

The night manager had a very stinky attitude with us at the drive thru window for no reason. We pull up to get our online order.. he rudely approached us with rude comments because we didn’t go to the speaker first. You should not work in the food industry if you don’t know how to talk to your customers. We did not know to go to the speaker first. Y’all would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the poor customer service. I feel bad for the workers there. We could only imagine what they are dealing with from management.

food was good asl today. night shift workers need a raiseeeee . nacho fries on point my burrito was good. we had to wait a couple minutes for the cinnabons for them to fry but it was so worth it

Very very bad customer service. I ordered a vegetarian taco and was served a beef taco instead. This is a serious mistake, especially for someone who does not eat meat.
Instead of apologizing and fixing the order, the staff started arguing with me. The staff member Pablo was extremely rude and did not know how to handle a customer. They were clearly at fault, yet instead of saying sorry, they kept arguing.
This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.zero rating

Everything about this visit was perfect! The food made correctly and sauce, bar was perfectly stocked. Nice and clean location, friendly staff.
