When summer heat hits, I love a cold, thick Snickers Blizzard. My wife chose an M&M Blizzard. They were just OK. Not as full of Smickers or M&Ms as usual. Blizzards were done without a long wait. Over $14 for our two large Blizzards, so DQ prices are higher than my last visit 8 months ago. That was all we ordered, but they do have burgers, chicken and other items. This location opened within the past year, so it’s bright and modern. Might have to give them another try in the future.

So I decided to order the viral valentines cupcakes from this location today, order through the app went to the drive thru to pick up and what I got looked nothing like what was in the picture. See picture for reference. The lady at the drive thru handed over the cup carrier with the 2 cupcake ice creams and my blizzard.She closed the window right away.I didn’t get a chance to ask her what the heck is this. The last few times i’ve been inside the customer service was terrible, which is why I chose the drive thru this time.But that’s even worse. I’ve taken my kids to eat inside a few times in the past and even the tables are not cleaned in between customers. Employees are rude and do not acknowledge you. Even though ths location is very convenient for me, I’d rather go to oak creek. This is sad because I know a lot of us in Franklin were very excited when this DQ opened.

This DQ location started out strong with great food, always hot and fresh and my orders were always correct. But my last 3 visits it’s drastically changed for the worse.
The food isn’t fresh, orders are incomplete and to add insult to injury, the staff and owner are extremely rude and unhelpful. I’ve stopped even trying to talk to them about missing parts of my order that I paid for. Today was the last straw, ordered the fish combo for my sister to pickup for me on her way over and they once again forgot part of my order, this time it was the soda.
I can get past honest mistakes, but not the rude customer service. I’ve noticed others complaining about the customer service on my communities facebook page too, many saying that they won’t return. If this continues, it’s not a matter if they go out of business, just when.

I was excited to have this pop up in our neighborhood. I have given this location several chances. However each time I went here with my daughter the staff was more rude than the previous time. I have waited in front of of the register and had the workers just stare at me. No Hello’s or smiles or greeting of any kind. Just a blank expression, awkwardly staring until I continued with my order. They act as if you are a burden. This was not a one time thing. My daughter now asks to go to DQ and I drive miles into another town to avoid the rude workers in Franklin.

Had to remind the drive thru guy, Arjun, of what I ordered even when I was the only person in the drive thru. Maybe turn down the Hindi music and actually listen to your customers. Also did not get the strawberry sundae I ordered.

We ordered two large blizzard treats, I paid cash and the clerk (young lady) handed me back the wrong change. She rounded up in her favor. I have noted this several other times. I’m done with this location. They have a tip jar on the counter, I had planned on tossing the coins into the box, but not after I was short charged. I thought about complaining, but then thought better not to complain because she was making my blizzard in the back , and I didn’t want any retaliation in my food. Next stop is Culver’s or Kopps. Too bad; I had high hopes when DQ opened so close to Home.

We have had it with this location. Tried it 3 times. The people that work there are RUDE!! If you hate customer service why did you open a Dairy Queen???. They are very skimpy on the amount of ingredients they put in their blizzards etc. and god help you if when you walk in with a coupon. They come in the mail people get over it. We will not be back I would rather spend the money at another location that gives you what you are paying for and at least treats you nice for being there. All of my neighbors have already stopped going. I hope they read their on reviews or they will be out of business.

Staff is very rude, its the same characters every time. They treat you as if you’re a burden and bothering them. Very rushy at the window even when it’s slow and just overall negative people work here. Food is typically good, they barely put enough toppings even when you’re paying extra. Overall 3/5.

Half a banana for $7? The lady working was ignorant as well. My girlfriend went in to pick up some treats and when she asked for a bag, the cashier looked at her with disgust and said, “For what?”.. hmm, i don’t know, perhaps the two ice creams that were just purchased?
