Absolutely love this place. Been in town two days and have eaten here 3 times. Easily the best spicy garlic edamame I have ever had. Huge selection. Super fresh sashimi. Ordered everything. Gyoza was good. Yokozuna roll was life changing. The garlic alone on the edamame has to require a team of people prepping it daily. Very good service. Tons of selection for people who don’t like sashimi. My yellow tail and unagi was super fresh. The soft shell crab was top notch. Shumai was very good. The decor and layout of the restaurant allows for tables, eating at the bar, or a bar in front of the sushi chefs. Highly recommend trying this is you love good food.

Arrived mid afternoon, not busy at all. Decided not to try the Hibachi table this time around. We sat at a very roomy booth. Ordered fried Calamari, wasn’t crazy about the crust and the calamari was way too chewy. We ordered a Bento box with beef & broccoli, it was a bit lacking flavor, bland. Also ordered Teriyaki Shrimp Broccoli with fried rice. The shrimp broccoli was delicious but the fried rice had no flavor. This meal came with Egg Drop soup. This soup was the best soup I’ve had in a while. The broth was so flavorful. Lastly, we ordered a California Roll. That was also delicious, plenty of crab. Just might try this place again to try out the Hibachi part of the restaurant.

First time eating here had great food the service was a little lack and empty plates in the way for main meals but food was delightful, drinks were hard come by could have used refills, and ladies would have liked more Beverages. The Xmas sushi was amazing well worth it a must try. The steak was over done but that’s due to how they cook and serve it, I would have had it cooked on all sides then cut and put on plate but they cook then cut then cook more which makes the med rare more a med well other Hitachi places do it the way i suggested but too there own. The sauces are delightful and the cook put on a good show. Would definitely return for the sushi unsure if we would do the Hibachi show again.

Forbes was so sweet and answered all my questions! The curry smelt a little fishy even though I ordered the beef. That’s is because they make with fish sauce. It was still very good! Also got the beef pad Thai (which was very delicious! ). I just think the quality of beef could be better but it’s still good. I also got the Red Bull roll (steak roll requested medium rare). They made it beautifully and taste so good!! The egg drop soup was good ol regular egg drop soup. The prices here weren’t bad at all! For all these dishes plus two sweet teas was only $60!!!! Super cheap and affordable! I recommend this place!

My husband and I went into this place and were asked to wait 15 minutes for a table, then they would call/text when our table was ready. No problem. We wait, come back when texted, and then we’re told “Oh, we just had another couple say they were you guys so we gave them your table.” Even though we got a replacement table, it was so weird that OUR table with OUR code was just given away with no vetting process. We sat at our replacement table and ordered. Upon receipt, some guy separate from our waitress came in with my husband’s food, asked THE ENTIRE SECTION “Who had the (food item)?” Another guy raised his hand before my husband could turn around and just. Got it. Again, no vetting process. This rando got our appetizer and my husband’s side dish and main dish. Their waiter came in to check how they were doing, saw that they got food BEFORE THEY EVEN ORDERED ANYTHING and gave it to them for free!!!! The rando’s wife (I assume) felt bad afterward and i could hear her say she wanted to pay for us to which their waiter said “No, it’s okay, you don’t have to do that!” and waved them off. So naturally I thought they’d comp our meal for all of their mistakes. Not true! When my husband confronted the manager (an actual teenager) about all of the staff inattentiveness that night, she gave him an attitude and told him “Well you got your food, didn’t you?” Literally not the point??? Our food was given to someone else FOR FREE while we still had to pay. When she was told about the table situation she again blew it off with “Well to be fair we do kinda just give away tables on the waitlist to anyone waiting.” After that conversation I was truly just lost for words. We paid (over $100 for two people btw!!!) and left despite being served no justice, and to top it all off, after leaving the restaurant, we saw a huge roach on the inside window of the establishment.
That all being said, you could very well have a lovely time here! Just say that you’re somebody else to skip your wait time and get a better table, then be served alcoholic drinks without being checked for ID, and have a wonderful plate of sushi topped with antennae and bug legs, completely free of charge! Because OBVIOUSLY all you have to do is say you ordered someone else’s food and they won’t check otherwise.
Great management of the systems you guys have here.

Had a not so good meal but was good enough to eat a bit but didn’t finish. Food was not fresh and cold and over cooked, we had all hibachi items because it was full. We tried the chicken, shrimp and steak. Best thing they had was the fried rice and soup. Mixed drinks were on the bad side, lemonade was powdery like a mix not fresh. For an expensive spot was lacking on theses things. We never send anything back but are presence was short lived. We took our family of five here and wished we went somewhere else so went to Whataburger where we fulfilled our appetite.

This was my second time in as many days at this place. I was told by a coworker to come here for the food quality and price. They beat it on both accounts. The little restaurant is very nice and quiet. Lots of boots for privacy. I was traveling for work so I needed to get in and out quickly. I had Singapore noodles on my first visit and General Tso’s chicken on my second visit. They did not disappoint. I had the privilege of having Amel as my server. She was a sweetheart. My food was very hot and tasty. I could not finish the chickens dish. I highly recommend this place for the service, speed, friendliness of staff and especially food quality. Thank you a d see you very soon.

The food was very good., authentic and a great variety. We started with octopus sashimi and a fried soft-shell crab for an appetizer. That was excellent. Then I ordered the lobster and steak plate and added scallops. The steak was delicious, the lobster was buttery and perfectly cooked and so were the scallops. The fried rice was ok, nothing special. Everything was a little pricey but worth it. The server was a little distracted and not too attentive, and low marks on the atmosphere because we were seated in the back room. Which was still ok because we were by ourselves without a crowd. Overall was a great experience with great food. Would eat there again.
