Pretty disappointed with my recent experience. Seemed like the whole order was wrong. I ordered through the app. They didnt put cold foam on one of my coffees, i was missing a donut, and both sandwiches were made wrong. They remedied the cold foam and donut at the window but we didnt realize the sandwiches were made wrong until we got home to eat them. I drove all the way back and went in to get it fixed. The girl at the counter was nice and re-rang them in. When the sandwiches came out, this other girl threw the bag on the counter and there was only one sandwich in the bag…even though i had paid for 2. They remade the 2nd sandwich and were pretty rude and non apologetic about it. I dont need to be catered to but I paid for an order, I expect it to be right or at the very least treated with basic customer service etiquette, especially when I have to drive all the way back to fix their mistake.

Coffee has tasted terrible the past month and most of the early morning drive thru staff are too busy talking amongst themselves to make sure they are giving you your entire order. I’ve had to on multiple occasions remind them im missing items…never thank you for coming or smile etc….I’ve had better luck going to another location a little bit out of the way…but worth it!

I have never had any issues here before but today I had an issue. I asked for light ice in my large dunkalatte. The employee handed me my drink and it was pretty much half full. When I asked him to put more in he told me he could only give me more ice. I understand you couldn’t add more coffee but you couldn’t add more creamer? Enough to fill my cup up that I paid 6 dollars for? And on top of that , the cheese on my loaded tots was cold. Thanks.

Stopped at Dunkin’, with a friend, after a hike for an iced coffee. It was pretty empty inside but the drive thru was keeping them busy! Great crew!

Parking lot was SO packed, I almost didn’t stop in. Only ONE person in the lobby (?). Maybe it was training day… as there were a TON of employees. Dirty restroom, and lobby. Got one donut. Wasn’t fresh… nor did it taste good. I didn’t finish it.

Everytime I visit this store my coffee tastes like I’m chewing on a coffee filter. Today I was parked for 6 mins for two frozen coffees that have chunks of ice in them and again tastes like coffee grinds.
App support is no good and 1800 number nit helpful either?!?! Can’t go back already late for work?!?!

I visit the area from out of state quite often, over the past few years I have noticed a sharp decline in service, this visit to ohio, they totally forgot the sweetener, when I drove back to tell them, they handed me 3 packets… if I wanted to make my own coffee, I’d do it at home, not when I’m out & about. Yesterday, the coffee was horrendous and I got rid of it on my drive back home. Poorly managed, some staff are rude, coffee is sitting too long. I notice the lines are a lot smaller, they must be losing customers in droves. In recapp, my next visit, I’ll find a different DnD and spend my $3 elsewhere.
