Chick-fil-A on Bougainvillea Ave is one of the best spots to grab a meal in Tampa. The food was fresh, flavorful, and consistently cooked just right, and the service was friendly and efficient from the moment I walked in. The staff took care to make sure every order was correct, even when it was busy, which made the whole experience pleasant and smooth. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, with plenty of space to enjoy your meal comfortably. Whether you’re stopping in after a day out or just want a reliable, tasty meal, this Chick-fil-A is definitely worth visiting.

To be fair the staff here were good even though it was quite busy . However you may not have a straw with your milkshake here due to the animals health and safety so beware of that . They do give you a spoon though

It is very nice that the check shows the toy as in normal network establishments, but here you will not get it.

This location is woefully understaffed. Other Chick-fil-A pride themselves on customer service, but not here unfortunately. Spent 40 min in line to order, then another 20 min waiting for them to bring us the food, even though we asked about it, the young manager gave us a rude response. I only ordered two premade sandwiches. We joked that we spent less time in line for the rides. The manager was the only one actually filling the food orders, putting it in bags, and bringing them out, there was no one helping her. She also had to go over and give a manager override for every pass holder discount at each register, a very inefficient operation. Expect to pay almost double what you would at a normal Chick-fil-A. Food quality was fine, but VERY limited menu options, which you’d expect to make them faster, but no.

This is a Chick Fil A location inside of Busch Gardens. If you don’t know, Chick Fil A is a popular, national chicken chain in the USA. One of my biggest concerns about this place is the lack of indoor seating. Everyone is eating outside, and that could mean exhaustion if the day is hot. I just thought service was pretty okay. We were divided into certain waiting sections outside, which is a good thing to do to reduce capacity.
I thought the food was incredibly overpriced. For two people, we paid over $40 for two meals. Makes Disney look cheap. The food tasted like a normal Chick Fil A. I thought the waffle fries were collapsing, but I enjoyed them nonetheless. Overall, please enjoy your Chick Fil A at home and save some money. Go elsewhere in the park for some meals.

Food is too expensive. 70 Dollars for two drinks, 30 pc nuggets and one fries. No refill option for drinks either. Values Values values? There is no point in closing on sundays or when ever. Just one more chain.

I can understand that it is in a park. But that is not a reason to price gouge and deliver less than you do at a standard Chic-fil-a. I just spent 10.00 on 8 chicken nuggets that were the most pathetic looking things on the planet. I know it’s just after Christmas but tiny Tim is not a character to portray your nuggets. The chaos of receiving your food is understandable but the 15 min wait is not worth the price. Terrible experience don’t do this restaurant.

I did the math and everything was exactly double the normal price. Food and service was great. Had to wait in line 10 minutes and 10 minutes for food. Sauces were free.

I am attending Chikfila near Kumba in Busch gardens with my family and as we enter this Chikfila we received horrible service from the get go . The attitude towards us because we were asking questions about a double down discount was ridiculous . Understandable we couldn’t use the discount but that’s why I asked and the attitude given towards us was just obscured. You can tell these people hate their job . IN A THEME PARK is ridiculous. Also was told to wait outside and “we’ll find you if you have a receipt”. So Doing as told we go outside they called our name and gave us the wrong food and walked away.So as we asked for my food and explained what happened they cut me off with and attitude yet again and said “ so what are you even missing” . RIDICULOUS . If you guys don’t care who you hire then disregard this comment but if you do I recommend letting a lot of these people go . I was here at 6:20 pm on march 15 2024 . The people who attended us were karambe and Brandon.

Overpriced for sandwiches with absolutely no toppings on it. Guy in register kept having to say “unfortunately” because THEY DONT HAVE TOPINGS, just sauce packets. In top of that the lil kid charged me for 2 sandwiches and fries (no drink) when we said combo, which would be a common mistake if he didn’t gave me the lil tough guy-wannabe attitude when i asked him for it. Expect to pay $80+ if you come with more than 1 person, aka don’t bring anyone along if you’re broke.
