Food was pretty good, a typical Carls jr. meal experience. However I will say that Lourdes(sorry if I spelled her name wrong) provided excellent service, and had a smile on the whole time. I dined in, and watched her treat every single person that ordered with the same level of respect, and service. Thank you Lourdes, hats off to you Also…. Give that woman a raise!

Extremely disappointed i received food at this quality. I haven’t had an experience like this ever at a Carl’s Jr I understand some things can slip past is but my chicken sandwich was extremely slimy and had brown lettuce which I could tell was old. I attempted to call this location three times which it just says line is busy after three rings so I had to leave this review to warn others since I couldn’t address this matter with management

My First time here. I learned it’s best to order online or go through the drive-thru. We waited at least 5 minutes just to be greeted. Then we had to wait for all the people in the drive thru to get their orders taken first.
There was only 2 employees there. For a Friday night that’s not good. We ate inside. The service was good. They brought us our food and Yummo!!
I ordered a Famous Star with cheese meal. Nothing like a delicious burger from Carl’s! It was made perfectly. It was the right kind of messy. I got an order is their zucchini and that’s always a good idea.
It was not crowded inside. The drive-thru was busy.
Also the architecture of the outside is cute. I didn’t get a photo, but next time I come I will.

Never seen a Carl’s Jr designed like this of the exterior, I was amazed. Went in for breakfast and it was just me and my friend their the whole time. The 2 ladies were nice. The food was fulfilling, expected what it would taste and be like. Kinda wish the Burrito was more and not just some egg and a bacon

I LOVED THIS CALRS Jr. The ladies were so cute and nice. Food came out piping hot. I loved the atmosphere and loved that the ladies come to us to give out food!10/10 recommend and I’m definitely comin back again. And also to exterior is so cool !!!!!! Plus it’s was so clean.

Carl’s jr. Prices have been going through the roof lately. The six dollar burger now costs more than $6. The quality of food seems to be pretty good for a fast food restaurant, and the different types of burger they have is nice. Like a western bacon or the California double burger. Fortunately I had coupons, so I got the two for one Superstar and a jalapeno poppers. That’s enough food to get breakfast and lunch knocked out. And they were good, the burgers are filling and the toppings taste fresh. And the jalapeno poppers are piping hot and crispy, I dip them in ranch

Decided to Carls Jr for the 2nd time (first time was years ago at another location).
Drive-Thru: Quick response and decent customer service – though it sounds like they need a new speaker.
Food: Pleasantly surprised to find that they offer lettuce wrapped burgers in lieu of buns if requested. Definitely a thumbs up for that offer. Ordered the lettuce wrapped JALAPENO ANGUS BURGER with onion rings and a lemonade. The burger and onion rings were pretty good but nothing phenomenal. My disappointment came with my lemonade which tasted like old water – I assume their syrup ran out and they haven’t noticed.
Overall not bad for a fast food chain.

Guy at window double charged taxes for two basic meals over $40 when in other locations same meals cost no more than $30 didn’t care about loosing customers gave option to cancel right away and smiling mockingly. At least speak good English . Worst customer service very arrogant
