I was a bit hesitant to try something new at first, since I usually stick to what I know, but I’m really glad I did because it didn’t disappoint at all. The beef was tasty, well-cooked, and full of flavor, making the dish very enjoyable overall. Everything came together nicely, and it was a satisfying meal. Such a lovely new Vietnamese restaurant in Mentone that was sorely needed for the area. All the soup noodles and rolls have been delicious with generous portions and affordable prices. Lemongrass pork, bun bo hue and beef pho are particular standouts. Don’t miss the avo smoothie too. The service is the highlight and staff always have a friendly smile and greeting even when I’ve come in near closing time!

been here before for banh mi, it was good but not brilliant. this is not springvale. went today for pho. was very good. chili was hot. herbs were good and fresh. broth tasted like it had cooked for ages. wish the prices were lower and the serves bigger, then I would have bought prawn and pork rolls.

I’ve tried grilled lemongrass pork bánh mì and spring rolls at many Vietnamese places, but I was genuinely surprised by this small newly opened shop in Mentone. The flavors are truly special – they reminded me of the traditional taste I had in Vietnam a year ago.
The grilled pork is tender, fragrant with lemongrass, and the dipping sauce is absolutely delicious.
I was invited to try their Vietnamese salted coffee – and wow, it was amazing!
Now after every work shift, I actually look forward to lunch just to come back here and enjoy real Vietnamese food.
Prices are affordable, the place is spotless even in hidden corners, and the staff are always friendly and happy to offer extra sauce when I ask.
I can’t wait to try more dishes from their menu. I’ll definitely bring my friends next time! Highly recommended.

A lovely little local Vietnamese spot with a warm, family-owned feel. The menu has a good selection, and everything we tried was excellent. We shared the pork and prawn spring rolls to start, which were fresh and tasty. For mains, the beef pho and the lemongrass beef with rice were both very flavoursome and satisfying. Friendly service, great food, and a relaxed atmosphere – definitely worth a visit.

I ordered the lemon grass pork banh mi with a bowl of soup and really enjoyed it. The banh mi had fresh bread, flavorful pork. The soup was warm and comforting, very suitable for today’s cold weather ,with a nice balance of flavors. Would definitely come back!
