I ordered a roast beef dip today based on the menu picture, it looked very good. When I received the sandwich it looked absolutely terrible! Every sandwich I’ve ever bought from this place looks horrible and extremely small compared to pictures on tv, online and on their menu. This would be false advertisement at its finest! I will never go back!

We love Arby’s and ordered food through the drive thru. As we sat at the pick up window waiting for our food (15 minutes) we watched what appeared to be the manager unwrap and rewrap the sandwiches multiple times. Maybe to see what was bagged? The girl at the window did not seem interested in much other than her cell phone.
Sandwiches were good but a little cool and very sloppy.
The kids loved the chicken tenders and fries.

Nicer inside than my hometown Arby’s, seemed newer and more modern. Service was fairly quick, manager was very presentable. Food was correct and fresh.

I went through the drive through. No wait, quick service. Got a free sandwich, a cheesy cheeseburger, with a free coupon. Server was nice & accommodating. Cheeseburger was good but very messy

I have been here during the day and it was really good.. service was great. People were friendly and food was really good, but I visited there this evening for supper and the girl who worked the window at the drive through was extremely rude and short with me. My food was not at all Edible! It was horrible! We all threw our food away. No one’s was worth eating. I have never had such an awful experience with any arby’s ever. I tried calling over and over again to see if there was any way to speak with management but no one’s answering the phone and I know that they are not busy.

Very clean. The counter people were amazing and so polite! I loved that we chose to stop here! The food was great as usual and at Arby’s standards! Thanks for the great experience!

We love Arby’s but the last few times the service is horrible. I waited in line for about 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me. 4-5 cars left because the could not get service. I left because I could not get waited on.I don’t know how you can stay open. I saw people in there so they were not short of people!
