Oh my…. Where did the old Panera go? All self ordering, which took us 5 minutes to order…. Does this really Improve efficiency? Had to figure out where the drink cups were. All four coffee selection were like warm. No pagers for order notification, we finally went up to pick up counter after 25 minutes… and the order was still not complete…. Our complicated order? …. two bagels, egg breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon roll with drinks. People were waiting all around the pick up counter one person came in from the drive through after waiting for over 25 minutes. Food was good, but it will be a while before I forget this experience. Dining area is nice. Hopefully this was a bad day (Saturday at 11:00am).

Yummy. Great food, fresh alternative to fast food. Pick 2 is always my favorite sandwich and a soup to drip into. Wonderful drink options including teas, coffee, soft drinks, flavored lemonades and so much more. Leats discuss the bakery options absolutely delicious , I usually opt for the frosted sugar cookie. I.use the app to order so limited service team contact. I was greeted when I came in and in the food prep area they seemed friendly. I’ll be back

I come here every other day and the food and service is great would give them 10/10 but this review is based on my experience today 08/22/25.
Not sure what happened today someone must have forgotten to take their morning coffee and was not awake lol!!!
I ordered my usual delicious Garden Avo & Egg White Sandwich that comes with Scrambled egg white, melty aged white cheddar, fresh avocado, vine-ripened tomatoes, salt and pepper on a Multigrain Bagel Flat. WELL NO AVOCADO NO PEPPER AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHEESE!!!!!????
At first I thought maybe I didn’t order right but NOPE! I checked my receipt and it was well listed there and the girl that took my order never told me they were out of any ingredients so upsetting but I drove off without checking it and was hit with the surprise once parked at my job and took my first bite
I do recommend this place to eat but just check your order before you drive away.

I went to my favorite Panera off of sugarloaf pkwy towards the end of the day and was treated with wonderful customer service, and great food. Marie who assisted me and prepped my food was a delight! Professional, courteous and a true asset to Panera. Thank you especially to Marie and the whole Panera bread team for making my dining experience A1! I’m a fan for life!

I usually have great experiences with this brand, but this specific location needs significant training on drink preparation and food quality. I ordered an iced Crème Brûlée Latte, but it was served warm in a hot coffee cup. When I pointed this out, the barista simply poured the hot liquid into a plastic cup and added ice. This immediately melted the ice and resulted in a watered-down, flavorless drink. Even the replacement was missing the signature sugar topping.
Additionally, the cinnamon roll was “hard as a rock.” When I mentioned it, they microwaved it, which only made it tougher once it cooled. I ended up having to throw most of my order away. I hope the management takes steps to ensure the staff follows standard recipes and food storage protocols.

My first time there and my order wasn’t right. Didn’t notice until I was home and called to let management know. Thank God I live within 3 miles or I would’ve been more disappointed. For my inconvenience, I was offered a drink. That was nice. The food was good.

The side door is always locked making people walk through the front door at 8 in the morning when the place opens at 6:30,

Is it just me or does Panera never have fresh mixed greens? I’ve came here continuously over the last few weeks because I just recently found out about them, and the food had been great. But this is the last time they’ll serve me moldy black, slimy lettuce. Is there no quality control? Is this the new era they speak of, moldy slime at Panera? How are you going to drop amazing items from your menu, but add more items that include mixed greens when it’s literally rotting away. Literally the whole menu got revamped to have more mixed greens, the salads, the sandwiches. I’ve gotten both to try and here’s the results! This is the final straw for me.
Multiple times now they’ve served me food with slimy black lettuce but I’ve only been able to capture it these past few times.
At this point I’m unsubscribing and finding another alternative for lunch. Bleh!

I have been coming here for years. It’s been a long time I haven’t ordered salads but then I remember why. This is what $13 salads look like. For starters if your paying this price it needs to be much more fresh then this never again I’ll order salads. The chicken had a more of a raw taste! Then cooked. Apart from that if you look at the pictures you can see that one is smaller than the other. Managers/store owners get on the ball from what I can see I’m not the only one with this issue!
