I absolutely love this spot. The food was really delicious! The service was really nice. Bella was an amazing server with great energy. The only thing I would change is the Mac and cheese sticks. The Mac and cheese inside was good, but it needed some salt, and I’m not a fan of deep fried mac. My favorite items were the crab cakes and the prime fillet!
The cocktails were great! The sweet nothings cocktail was my favorite Will definitely be back for more

If you were solo on Valentine’s Day this year, I hope you celebrated how awesome you are. Too often I see folks staying home depressed on these days because they don’t have their person. When finding the best person for us, it starts with us, what we see in the mirror first, always. For those of us who’ve done the work it’s not our responsibility to save anyone, or let a potential partner hold us back from the life we’re creating. I love solitude now more than any of the failed lengthy trauma bonds I had before I fixed what I needed to. Celebrate yourself every chance you get, and never settle for mediocrity.

That means solo Valentine’s feasts‼️

I’ve been to Hearthstone ( @hearthstonelv ) for both breakfast and dinner now and everything has been beyond flavorful, with outstanding service, and an overall fun vibe. Everything I heard about this spot came true, and it was awesome meeting the legendary visionary Jason Janson. Their heirloom tomato salad with blackberries was the best version I’ve ever had, hands down. The deviled eggs with caviar blew my mind, and it will be a goto spot for the burger. NEVER SKIP THE CHICKEN DRUMMIES! They are death row quality, now one of my all time favorite appetizers. I’m happy I scored the Valentine’s day dessert too, every bite made me smile. A reflection on all the trauma I’ve endured, still breathing, still fighting, still cresting the life I love.

Until the wheels come off!!

Stopped for a quick bite but reservations were booked. Snagged a spot at the bar and I’m so glad we did! Beautiful restaurant and food was EXCELLENT! What stood out was the attention to details. From the hosts that greeted us, the bartenders & staff, food runners etc- EVERYONE went above and beyond which made for a top notch dining experience. We live in Downtown Summerlin and can see this being a spot we keep coming back to. Keep up the great work! You’re on to something special! Oh, and cap your meal off with the Samoa sundae and a Carajillo! You won’t be disappointed

Such a great night at Hearthstone! My family and I had the best time hanging out in the lounge, relaxing on the super comfy couches, sharing delicious food, and watching the Knights game together. It was the perfect mix of cozy, lively, and fun—exactly the kind of place where you lose track of time because you’re just enjoying being together. Great vibes, great food, great memories. We’re already looking forward to spending many more nights at Hearthstone!

This a re-boot from previous years at this location. Glad it is back, but there may be some growing pains. Hope it gets better. Opens at 4pm, ordered the prime rib rare to medium rare, waitress returns and advises the chef says it looks medium, but is medium rare. Never been told any such thing before. I passed on it. Shrimp cocktail was 4 tiny shrimp for $26. This is way off base for size/price see picture. Hoping for success as this was a great place years ago.

What a wonderful experience for our anniversary!

The hostesses, Bama and Baylor, were friendly and inviting. Our waiter, Nico, was knowledgeable and quite engaging.

The wine and food were delicious. We had a vegan pizza, I could eat that every day! We finished with the vegan lemon meringue, a real treat.

Thanks, Hearthstone!

I was really excited to try the newly reopened Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock. There’s been a lot of buzz since they just opened back up within the past month, and since they’re operating on a reservations-only system, I expected things to run a little smoother.
I had a 7:15 PM reservation and wasn’t seated until 7:45 PM. I arrived on time, and by 7:40 we were still standing there waiting. At that point, I had already invested so much time waiting that I decided to just stick it out because I genuinely wanted to check the place out and get some food. But for a reservation-only restaurant, waiting 30 minutes past your scheduled time without much communication is frustrating and not a great first impression. (We also were sat at a table & not a booth which was our preference in our reservation.(
Once we were seated, I will say our server Farzad was great — attentive, friendly, and professional. Although, the seats weren’t comfortable in my opinion. My bottom hurts after sitting through dinner.
As for the food:
The lobster roll was really good, although noticeably small for the price.
The shrimp cocktail was also good, and the mayonnaise-based sauce really stood out in a positive way.
The dish that brought me in — the bucket of fried chicken — was unfortunately the biggest letdown.
I was genuinely excited about the fried chicken, but it completely lacked flavor & seasoning ! I took maybe two bites of one piece and stopped eating it because it just wasn’t worth continuing. That was really disappointing, especially since it was the main reason I chose this restaurant.
On top of that, the food took a long time to come out after we ordered.
Between the delayed seating, the slow food timing, and the underwhelming signature dish, this experience just didn’t live up to expectations. Fortunately, our server Farzad had the manager come over to discuss the bucket of chicken and he said he would let the chef know. He also took the chicken off of our meal. I left hungry & ended up jist going home & ordering doordash after we spent 122$ on a meal that didn’t fill us up.
I was really hoping to love this place, but unfortunately, I won’t be back.

Went to this restaurant at the Red Rock for breakfast over Presidents’ Day weekend. Restaurant was very busy so it was good we had reservations. Both the food and service were great.

I really like this restaurant, especially the outside seating. Service was great, food was good, but don’t do Bottomless mimosas! The quality of the bubbly is very low, the cheapest they could find. It’s honestly a shame for such a nice restaurant at a prime restaurant to serve this quality alcohol. I’ll definitely be going somewhere else for brunch next time.
