This is a cafe with a very limited coffee menu. They make mostly super sweet lattes.
The Green Chili rolls are pretty good. The staff are super nice, and the effort is there. It’s just not a place for actual coffee drinkers.

I’ve always had an amazing experience here. They are always so helpful and nice. Greeted with a smile and they make our drinks perfectly even go above and beyond to make my 6 yo daughter extra happy with whipped cream and sprinkles on her shakes. Thank yall so much for always making our day

The most disappointing coffee shop I’ve ever visited. My sister ordered a frappe and it tasted like watered down caramel, only a few ice pieces. My “hot” latte was room temp and WAYYY too sweet. Like another review was saying, what is this excuse of a brownie? It tastes like old cake with soggy graham crackers on the top. This place has gone downhill since I used to visit a couple years back.

EDIT TO MY REVIEW PREVIOUSLY THIS JUST HAPPENED TODAY: I like undergrounds the coffee is great but they tip themselves without asking. Listen I worked in the service industry so I get it tips are nice to have & if they had just asked I would 100% tip them but they did not. Tell me why she told me my total was $10.51 but my card was charged $16.51. Not okay. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt.
Every time I come it never fails it’s always great service. I’ve been coming here since I moved here & not one time have they ever messed up my order & it always tastes so good sometimes they even go above & beyond for my kiddo & I love it. Definitely recommend. Both locations are great!

I ordered a brownie.. I’m sorry but THIS is not a brownie. This is a piece of chocolate cake and it tastes disgusting. It tastes like a cheap knock off debbie snack that came out of plastic wrapping in a vending machine. How can you even mess up making brownies though? Pls just don’t make them because over $4 for this is sad and a rip off

Horrible customer service. They don’t care for their customers and treat you like trash. My family spent their hard earned money to get me a gift certificate to this place and after they shut down in my area, they wouldn’t do anything to reimburse me. They said “Just come down to our New Mexico location.” Okay let me just drive for 3+ hours to go get a cup of coffee…. no way. Try changing your customer service and appreciate your valued customers.

Workers have a horrible attitude problem, no nice greeting, won’t speak loud enough to hear what drink is yours. And throw down your food without apologizing for inconvenience. Need better people in that actual enjoy their job and smile at customers.
