Hit the spot today- Crispy and tasty shoestring fries, delicious burger, and that rich, creamy custard to finish it out was so good. Service was quick, food is consistent, and it’s always a solid choice for us – the Christmas music was a nice touch too. Clean too!

As a person who cannot handle the texture of potatoes very much i was very disappointed to find out that they have changed their iconic skinny Freddy’s fries to these huge fries. Very disappointing and you could also see on the website that the fries look like the iconic Freddy’s fries but we got this instead.

Its a Freddy’s, if youre reading this review that likely means you havent been which is surprising. Its like steak and shake but cheaper, the food is good, the sweets are sweet, they have a good fry sauce. For the price its not bad if youre looking for an economically sound place for your value. This store in particular is a good hang out spot.

Lately this Freddie’s has been going downhill. Since around Dec ‘25 when Norma was moved to another location. Burgers had No flavor – just meat, no seasoning, salt, etc. Not cooked well.
Even the tots were pulled from the fryer too soon – not done inside. Custard had about 8 pecans. Not near enough for $6. Please get your head in the game people.

The cashier happily refused to take a hundred dollar bill when I was $2 short of small bills to pay for mine and my daughter’s meals. He then proceeded to tell me which meals I could take off the order. Which meant only my daughter or myself would have dinner. There is a very small sign at the very farthest point away from the door saying they do not accept bills larger than a fifty. In fact, the cashier was practically laughing as he showed this to me (after I politely asked for the store manager’s contact information to discuss there not being signage notifying $100 bills are not accepted). The pure amusement and joy the cashier expressed while showing the sign and refusing the $100 bill was unexpected and rude, to say the least. If they are that happy turning away customers, especially a little 6 year old child excited for frozen custard, they can be sure we will not be back again.

My family and I keep coming back to this location because it is IMPECCABLE! EXTREMELY CLEAN and the service is fast, efficient, and friendly. The staff did check on us to see how we were doing as we sat there and ate our amazing burgers! Ahhhhh don’t get me started on the ice cream! Great job to all the employees and manager of this location!
Natalie was a wonderful supervisor, just making sure my family and I were taken cared of. She not only took care of the service but continue making sure the place stayed clean. Thank you all for doing a difference in the fast-dining industry, we acknowledge your great effort!

They were missing half of their menu, go figure. So either the place that never has any cars in the drive thru is just that popular that they run out of food at 7:30, or they have some serious issues to iron out before I ever think of coming back.

Serious food safety risk.
Son ordered takeout. Got back to work and had bugs in the cup. 15-20 ants. Smashed in the lid. Tried to call. No answer. Reached out to “corporate” and social media. No response. Nearly a month later a “manager” called me and assured me it had been fixed and would mail gift cards. Now multiple weeks past that and no cards. Talked with a District manager over email, and they don’t answer emails now. Corporate doesn’t care.
So, just be sure to check your food before you eat it for unwanted surprises. Guess I’ll have to call the health department to look into their sanitation practice.
