This chicken is Soooo Tenderly Delicious! Family Tradition’s having them prepared upon order making each one crispy to every bite. Can take up to a 15 minute wait so expect this! But if you want it when walking in, “call in to order ahead of time”….

You keep not putting my whole order in the bag for delivery which not only costs me money because DoorDash doesn’t return the full amount and sometimes doesn’t return nothing at all, but you also destroy my meal because I only order your food because of coleslaw and that is the item you keep not putting in the bag! This is the most disgusting food I have ever put in my mouth. After having the wrong items replaced with corect items: Fries were cold and soggy. Chicken was slimy under the batter and tasted like actual plastic-there was zero seasoning-just grease and slime. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. And the cole slaw? Texture was like oatmeal. They grind it up to serve it? Never ever ever again. I do not recommend this to humans who like to eat actual food-flavored food.

Paid almost $40 for 2 chicken bite dinners and was told this is a normal amount of chicken, the batter was low. How this was sent out when the prices are already overinflated is ridiculous. The manager knew right away what the problem was but decided not to fix it before sending it out!

Opened both of my boxes of chicken bites today and they look like they’ve been ripped apart. A lot of the ripped apart pieces are just breading, no chicken. Potatoes are also hardly buttered. I don’t know why as I was the only customer waiting. 3 stars because it is usually good, but super disappointed.
