If you haven’t been to this chicken place you have got to check it out! It is clean and the service was great! My food was hot and fresh. The chicken was very good and flavorful, and the fresh salsa gave everything a truly authentic touch. The music added to the atmosphere and made the place feel lively. Unfortunately, the customer service could be better. Even after letting the cashier know it was our first time, we didn’t receive any recommendations or guidance, nor were we asked if we had questions. Instead, it felt like we were interrupting or bothering him when we did ask. Great food and vibe, but the service experience could use improvement. Food was really good, presentation of the box probably not the best. Both boxed were dirty (greasy). The salsa bar is good specially the salsa verde. The guy taking our order was not very friendly. Hopefully Esteban has a better day tomorrow. The complementary chips are really good and fresh!

Pollo regio has quickly become one of my favorite go to spots! The chicken is juicy and tasty. The highlight is their chips! They are so well seasoned and go amazingly with their salsa. The employees are always kind and helpful. Shoutout to Gilberto who went above and beyond during my last visit! He really makes this a great place to dine in!

I go on my lunch break to grab the loaded potato it’s one of my favorites. I always go through the drive through and the times that I have gone Wendy is always there. She is constantly smiling and always gives great customer service. I highly recommend this location if you are in the Carrollton area.
