Tried not to get rice as my entrée but it would cost extra. Crab Rangoon was very small with very little taste. Two people it was $28.00
Should of went to the all you can eat Chinese buffet.

I ordered online 40 minutes before the store closed, and my order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before store closing. When I arrived (about 25 minutes before closing), the doors were locked. The employees looked up at me apathetically and then just looked away. So I waited in line in the drive through. And then at the speaker, the worker rapidly mumbled off a bunch of items they didn’t have available (probably because they were closing early). One of the missing items was the steak I paid extra for, so they made a substitution for a non-premium entree. When I got to the window, they handed me my food and said nothing. I stopped them and pointed out that I paid extra for an item they didn’t serve. Eventually they wrote down on my receipt about the missing item and told me that I could come back for a 10% discount, which kinda sucks as a corrective action. They were apathetic and didn’t apologize or even really explain without prodding. This wasted my time and was disrespectful. I know food service jobs suck. Life sucks for just about everybody right now, especially work. So I let a lot of crap go, don’t give people trouble about things they can’t help, try to be positive or at least not add stress. But take some pride in your work, meet me halfway–because my day sucked, too, and I just wanted the crappy Chinese food I paid for.

I often go here and the service in person is great. My issue is that the online orders are not cared about. I ordered this and paid extra for the steak and yet this was the portion that I received. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We pay for quality and this is just gross neglect of customer satisfaction. And they clearly paid little to no attention to the amount of meat they were putting in the order. They need to pay closer attention to these things. This is the SECOND time they have tried to cut corner and give a small portion of the beef and I’ve had enough! I addd two pictures. One with and without all the vegetables in the steak. One pic shows the TOTAL AMOUNT of steak I was given for this order.

They Messed up my Order TWICE and didn’t even bother putting effort into fixing it. I ordered String bean Chicken and fried rice THATS IT. First they gave me noodles so i asked them politely to fix it after showing them my reciept. They apologized then instead of removing the noodles they just put my rice over the noodles and mixed it all together, then added cabbage and broccoli which i didn’t even order. What a waste of my time and $10. I’m all for hiring mentally impaired individuals and providing them with a sustainable income but lets make sure at the very least they can read….THANKS. Also learn to put food in a box before asking for $15 an hr.

That’s a 2 entree orange chicken and noodles? Sad part is that they used to be awesome now your get little hard clumps of crust tossed in sauce no meat for sure and there’s nothing like a good handful of chopped cabbage core in your noodles…Do Better PLEASE

The workers are always very nice, and the food is very good, however they’ve gotten my order wrong many times. Once i ordered the shrimp, which costs extra, and was literally given two pieces of shrimp. But the biggest problem is so often they’re literally out of half the menu, which you don’t find out until it’s your turn to order. (In addition, the drive thru line is often long, and is built so that once you’re in line, you can’t get out; frustrating to sit in a long line only to finally get your turn and everything you want is unavailable). Took a picture of today’s menu (taken around 6:00 pm). I tried to order an egg roll and they were out of that as well. I could understand it being an off day, but this is how it often is. I just can’t understand how a restaurant can operate while regularly being out of half the menu.

Drive-thru lines are always long and the wait is ridiculous most the time. Some times when I get my food you can tell it’s not always fresh but I don’t feel like going inside or back in line. I hate how you can’t pull out drive-thru once your in. About 80% of the time half the menu is unavailable which doesn’t make sense. Like when do you get deliveries monthly? The workers are always nice though no bad experience with them
