Love the food here. Staff is efficient and super friendly, service is always great. They pack the food nicely with all the condiments, portions are solid and it’s very satisfying. It’s sucks having to leave this review because I love this restaurant but the clam chowder I don’t recommend. Every time I order it, I get less and less clam and when I pay $3 for shrimp I only get 2 prices cut in half, if that. I appreciate Devon the general manager reaching out to me to remake the order but the remake was worse. I called on 7/13 at 5:37pm and she said come in to get it made. We got there 6:12pm waited for about 20mins. The store manager didn’t come out to greet me or say anything, and we each had only one piece of shrimp this time around.

1st time tried Summerlim location. If ur near the drive thru lanes next to the front door, do go thruogh unless you want Chick fil A. (see photo) It starts on that side & wraps around. I got mahi mahi & 2 caeser salads, w/ olive oil, no rice, & a clamp chowder. Fish was tasty as other reviews say its definitely on smaller side so if your hangry, order sides or double protein. Salad was good. Clam chowder good for fast food style. Had to wait a awhile for food busy. But front workers all nice, generous about sauces. Overall good like it for salad, fish.

Variety, quick, value and delicious are all well represented at California Fish Grill.
This was my 1st time here with a party of 6 and everyone loved their meals.
Cajun Salmon, Dynamite Shrimp Bowl and the Classic Fish and Chips were our favorites.
Good soda machine with unique flavors also recommended.
Only 1 negative is they ran out of cocktail sauce, no biggie… but it is a fish place, haha.
We all loved it and will be back to try more soon.

Wow! What a great experience. The food here was exceptional for our first visit. High dollar steakhouse quality. We had the Mahi and the Shrimp Skewer and can’t wait to try more options on our next visit. Premium sides were also worth the extra price. Portions seemed small at first glance but we left feeling good about the size. For under $30 you won’t come anywhere close to this value and taste for seafood. Give it a try seriously. Also a ton of healthy options for those watching calories. Will be back!

Sarah, who took our order, was excellent. She came out from behind the counter and actually greeted us immediately. She helped us order via the kiosk. We asked many questions and she was able to answer them all.
The place is clean and empty when we went at 5pm but filled up quickly by the time we were done. There are three 15 minute parking spaces for pick up, and they were never empty for more than a few minutes each. Restrooms were super clean.
The food is super fresh. The fish and chips were amazingly huge and crispy. The kale slaw was super fresh as well. Fries were good.
The shrimp trio was good, but the fish was much better.
The Brussels sprouts were flavorful and crispy on the outside, street corn was just ok.
We loved the specialty fountain drinks (cream sodas) and the ability to get other drinks as well as beers and kombucha.
Prices on the entrees are very good. Not sure we’d do the upgraded sides again except for the brussel sprouts.

I placed an order over the phone with a lovely guy who listens to all the extras I wanted AKA tartar sauce. When I went in to pick it up they were still making my fries and or more than happy to tell me it was fresh The woman who was doing the fries was very nice and sweet and added extra sauce I will definitely be coming here again and I will only do in-person orders either over the phone or eating there I will not use any of the delivery apps
