Our family had dinner at the Lodge Woodfire Grill at Great Wolf Lodge on February 21st, and Nataliya G made the experience absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
She was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind the entire evening. Nataliya was very knowledgeable about the menu, helped us make great choices, and kept everything running smoothly with quick and attentive service. Even during a busy dinner rush, she never made us feel rushed and always made sure our family had everything we needed.
What really stood out was how much her positive attitude and care enhanced our night. Dining out with family is about more than just food, and Nataliya made it feel special and memorable. She truly made our evening exceptional, and we’re very grateful for the amazing service she provided.
Great Wolf Lodge is fortunate to have someone like Nataliya representing them!

We made a reservation well in advance for 7:45PM on 5 Jan. The bar tender/waiter was polite and attentive. Something definitely seems to be going on in the kitchen. The tomato soup appetizer was good. However, our pick two main course was dry and burnt. The chicken was charred almost like it was just the fried batter, the corn was burnt and black and it was like they tried to cover it up with the Cheetos topping, the ribs were very dry and cold as well as hard to cut apart. Our bar tender/server did adjust the bill due to the burnt food and long wait time (seated approx 7:50PM and departed at approx 9:15PM). Based on our experience and now looking at other reviews; management should definitely address the kitchen issues and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of the food. The cost of the Great Wolf Lodge FAR exceeds the experience at this restaurant.

We went on a Monday night, not super busy at all. Still had a 30 min wait to get in and then another 30 min wait after ordering. I do NOT recommend the regular burger-it’s kids meal size and not worth the money. The kids meals are tiny too-the pasta was in a tiny cup and they gave maybe 5-7 fries for the side. The only meal that was decent was the buffalo chicken Mac-but for $24 it better be!!!! There are plenty of better restaurants to door dash close to Great Wolf, do that. Very disappointing.

We had a very disappointing experience at Lodge Wood Fire Grill inside Great Wolf Lodge.
Our server was friendly at the beginning, but then moved over to the bar and essentially forgot about our table. We were left waiting without check-ins or follow-up, which made the experience frustrating.
The food was even worse. I ordered a rare steak, but it came out tasting burnt and nowhere close to what was ordered. The shrimp and mashed potatoes were also very underwhelming, especially considering the price.
For how expensive this restaurant is, the quality and service were far below expectations. We expected much better from an on-site dining option at a resort like this and would not recommend it.

While having a nice dinner location onsite is wonderful, this was a miss. For the price, not worth it – the current 2.5 stands! The 2 hostesses were lovely and at our request, sat us close to the water park view. Our server was great! She even comped the light up cups of water for our 2 kids. The kids cheeseburger was edible but overly chared giving off a burnt taste. Our Steak Frits were ordered at a medium and came out well done. Hate to be picky, but when you’re paying for a resort experience, the food should be equivalent.

Took over an hour to get appetizers and another 20-30 min to get our meals. When the entrees were delivered we were missing one persons entree and took an additional hour to get her food. Server had an attitude the whole time. The only saving grace for 1 star was the manager was very nice and accommodating. The cheese burger was okay and the prime rib was decent but the wait for the food and service was very subpar for the price.

I asked if they could make a grilled cheese for my son and they made the biggest deal! I asked if they could use hamburger buns and cheese since the server said they didn’t have the bread. (I don’t see the issue with using buns and cheese since they serve burgers?) The manager came to the table and said they can make it this time but they cant do that again since it’s going off menu. I don’t know.. Just seemed unnecessary since it’s a cheese burger without the meat…no??
When they brought the “grilled cheese” it was on sandwich bread.. (which i thought they couldn’t do since they didn’t have that bread??) Maybe next time I’ll say i need a cheese burger with no meat. Lol they seemed triggered by grilled cheese.

I have no idea why people are hating on this restaurant… it was absolutely delicious. Cocktails were yummy, great selection of food – we loved the Cobb salad, Mac & cheese, bolognese, steak, nachos, and artichoke dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious… excellent portion sizes too. The service was the cherry on top – very friendly and engaged with the children too.

Server was accommodating. Food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. A bit egregious for the menu to say the kid’s entrees come with fruit and receive a single slice of orange and two very dry carrots, but everything else was great. It’s definitely overpriced, but it was not unexpected. It can even be a nice spot to do some people watching. Overall exceeded my expectations having read other reviews prior.

First off this is the only place inside great wolf where you MAY be able to get a decent meal. We have eaten here on more than one occasion. Sometimes it was great, other times it was completely garbage. This is the last trip where we will eat inside great wolf, we will either door dash, grub hub or go out and pick something up.
