Herbalife lifestyle products are used for the drinks. I had the banana bread protein shake. It was very light and airy. Staff was very helpful and friendly when helping decide on what I should get.

I had been missing a place like this since Rise & Shine closed and I’m glad I finally stopped in. I had the mint chip shake with the one of March special tea flavors. Both were excellent. Shake was not too thick and I didn’t drink it fast but it did not get watery so added plus. The tea was tasty as well. I hope you continue to stay open early I will definitely utilize this as my breakfast and coffee 1-2 times a week!
