Not bad, the pizza buffet was smaller, not like we had in the 90s. But the fresh pizza is good. $12 each. They desperately need to hire more people, one person was a cashier, busboy, server, and more.

I came in to place an order and nobody was in sight. I stood up at the counter for a few minutes before I said hello is anybody back there . I’ve sat there for 35 minutes and still nobody came up to take my order. This was after I went behind the counter and yelled hello is anybody working today. And still nobody answered. I got to say it… No one out pizzas the hut! My family dined in tonight and it was almost like going back to the Pizza Hut of yester year! Service was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Pizza was hot fresh and tasty. We orederd a half bbq pizza half pep and sausage. Kids had personal pan pizzas. This was the single best dine in experience at Pizza Hut we have ever had.

My family, 8 of us, ate in for lunch today, Sunday 11/30 at the Vandalia location. There were, I’d say 4 other groups that arrived after we did, so it was BUSY. There was only 1 girl working and when I tell you we got the best service, best food, I’m not being nice. My sister even commented that we’ve been places with 20 workers and not get that quality service. Pizza Hut I hope you give this girl a huge raise. She absolutely ROCKS!!

I purchased dinner this past weekend. The service was very long. But that is not the reason why I am giving a poor review. I asked the worker after waiting over 45 minutes for my food how much longer it will be. She snapped at me and said it will be ready when it is ready. Then, she went to cut the pizza and decided it would be a good idea to run her mouth back in the kitchen about me. I confronted her when she brought out my food almost 1 hour later than planned. I said to her I don’t appreciate her talking about me. She then yelled at me. I would NEVER recommend this place. This was all done in front of my child. The service is terrible.

Cheep ingredients. They charge you a 5.00 delivery fee but pay drivers 40 cents per mile to deliver in their own cars. Shouldn’t the driver get the entire delivery fee? And to top that all off we ordered a pizza for pickup and waited 30 minutes longer than they estimated to get our pizza. So, you can’t win with this joint! Done!

I wish i could give it no stars! I ordered extra sauce and paid for extra cheese and barely had any of either. The cashier breanna agreed and offered place it back in the oven with more cheese . I kindly declined told her i was hungry and pregnant and asked her can she re make it the correct way she said yea after she gets the manager. The manager i believe she said her name is “angel “ argued with me that i was wrong. I let her know , tho its my first time ordering from this location i get pizza hut frequently and its NEVER this chesse-less and dry, after refusing to remake it the way I ORDERED. I left hungry , waiting on a refund 3-7 days and had to drive across town to another location to get what i ordered

I ordered on the phone she was very friendly said 20 minutes. Get there and the order wasn’t done. They said they didn’t have the order. So I reordered I waited an hour when I go up to check on the order it was in the warmer! We were the only ones in the restaurant no one ever said anything about it being done or anything! The pasta was over cooked and dry pizzas had very little toppings on them! It will take a lot for me to return to this establishment! I live here but will drive 20 minutes to get my pizzas!

This is the third time giving this store a chance. Pizza arrived almost 30 min late, and app never updated to say it was on the way. Just kept saying order being prepared. Had a $50 order and food was luke warm, and had barely any sauce or cheese on pizza at all. It was dry and nasty. I never give reviews … as I don’t really care , but it was so bad I decided to rate my experience when Pizza Hut asked me for it in an email. I got a lame auto generated email from the regional manager saying they sometimes use third parties to deliver pizzas and they will take my feedback into consideration. Never offered anything at all. We love Pizza Hut but this store seems to always be late, dry, and arrives lukewarm.
