This place is horrible I watched the cooks in the evening rub thier noses and scratch thier private parts with thier hands then make a pizza without washing them the manager is a joke she plays around with the employees to which are young adults and kids and she laughs about customers getting thier order wrong she is very unprofessional and rude. And 1 of the cashiers smelled like weed and was moving around too much looking out the window as if she was on drugs it was unsettling. After watching all of this i left and got food elsewhere I will not be coming back to this weird place again at least not in the evening.

This is the second time in a while I have ordered from this location trying to give them another chance because they are only 3 mins from me….and it was a MISTAKE the so called NY Giant pizza was disgusting like it was made with cardboard dough from where I don’t know. It was not hot, had absolutely no flavor and I’m not even sure the cheese was real. The good news is the young lady to whom I made my complaint gave me the option to remake, credit or refund. I chose refund. The last time this happened I chose a credit…no more. I do want to say the person who delivered what was supposed to be my pizza was so sweet and kind I enjoyed interacting with this delivery driver.

The first time we ordered from this location, everything was stellar. One of the staff even chased me out into the parking lot before I could leave, with a bag of extra sauces we’d ordered.
We just ordered from this location a second time. Our pizzas weren’t as ordered. It was the weekend; it happens, but the mistakes on both pizzas were worth being very disappointed about. So, we called… The manager was very busy, but VERY kind & thorough in trying to rectify & deliver fresh, delicious corrections to our door. One pizza still had one minor mistake (which we did NOT fuss over!).
Everyone has an off day, but what matters most is how an establishment handles customers – especially when bad days happen. I won’t take away even a fraction of my 5 stars for this location. Staff & management have been wonderful and when our order is correct, it’s downright PERFECT. In fact, I think we’ll be ordering from them again later today. I made myself hungry writing this.

Doordash and Uber eats delivery is bad for business. Guarantee it’ll be cold or they helped themselves. I’d like to take my tip back but I can’t since I ordered through y’all. Doesn’t matter how much effort y’all put in at the store. Cold pizza is bad pizza.

I’ve ordered from this location a handful of times for delivery and they have put my address down for the drivers several times. One time they had a DoorDash driver deliver the pizza and they gave him the wrong address, he then got angry at me because it was wrong. I did not give the store the wrong information, they have done something on their side repeatedly now that has my food going somewhere else first. I live in a single family home less than 5 minutes from this location, it’s not hard to find my house. Maybe I should stop being lazy and just do pickup, or better yet stop ordering Pizza Hut.
