Showed on Saturday 3/7/26 @ 8:45pm placed my order. Server gave me a total of $20 & some change. Waited 30 minutes then spoke to her again. She stated,” yeah sorry only 3 people working it should be out shortly”. 10 more minutes went by, she came out and ask what we ordered as she does not see it. Told her & she said “sorry, we have been having trouble with all the order screens outside, give me a few minutes and we will get it out to you”. At that point decided to leave as it had already been 40 minutes and I need to go home. Very disappointed as I was trying to get my son dinner that had been traveling on greyhound for a large portion of the day. For a Saturday night they should have more people working and fix the screens.

This is the second time in the last couple of months that I have visited the store. The first time the service was slow and the breakfast burrito was very skimpy. Not what I expected for the price as I could have done better at home.
The second time was today and I ordered the same thing. I waited for twenty minutes before just leaving after the food never came out. I did not pay as I normally would have because the credit card reader did not work at my stall. They evidently just had two people working inside the store as the one taking orders was the one delivering food. There was a third person in the parking lot pressure washing the lot. Why oh why could that person not go inside and help. The customer comes first. You need to either fire the manager or close the store. I will not be back!

Ordered my food and waited and waited, understandably they were short staffed. 5 to 6 other cars arrived after me and got their food before me and when I finally got my food it was cold. I gave 3 stars because they remade the food but it still took another 10 minutes and I got a free food coupon for next time. I love this Sonic and I hope they get the people they need to run efficiently.

Its good me or my wife dont have a peanut allergy. We go here for ice-cream. I get a large heath blast and my wife gets a large Reese cup. Atleast the last 4 times we have gone they apparently cant tell which is which. Ill eat my blast and mid way it turns into Reese and my wife eats half of hers and it turns into heath so we swap cups. Glad we arent allergic to anything because you order something and they never seem to get it right.

I have been there 2 times in the past 2 months and they can’t get a bacon cheese burger right. Then if you have a complaint the tell you to call 866 oksonic. Then they tell you to call the local sonic. Their customer service sucks just as bad as them trying to get the order right. This place sucks in my opinion. Not recommended.

Just had one of the worst meals in my life here. Used to be a great restaurant, so sad! The fries on my chili cheese fries were so hard and old that the chili and cheese couldn’t even soften them up! No chili or cheese on the chili cheese dog. Onion rings were crumpled up mash and were cold. Burgers were cold. Coke Zero had no carbonation whatsoever. $40 down the drain was so bad we couldn’t even eat it. Won’t be back.

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was loaded with mustard and the bread was over toasted and hard. The tater tots I ordered were so cold I fed them to my dog. I will never give y’all a tip again.

Stopped in for the 1st time to try a hot fudge sundae. A bit pricey for its small size and being soft serve ice cream. Service was slow, about a 10 minute wait after ordering. Not many cars on the lot.

This place gets seems to be getting worse and worse. I understand it’s hard to find good work but for what Sonic charges for their food and services you should expect to get nothing but what they advertise. Even is high milkshakes and all the ice cream products they can’t mix them for nothing. Last night ordered a chocolate milkshake and when I got it there was a little chocolate up the top and it was basically just a big vanilla shake. My wife ordered a Oreo blast had half a cookie crumbled up inside of it it was basically just two vanilla shakes. I want to turn around and go back but what good would it take they’re already so slow it’s like watching paint dry on the wall.
