They tried to short change our drive through order. I checked my bag prior to leaving the area. Found they missed 2-items. Went inside to get my missing items the employee stated, “yeah we don’t have that item, need to go to the app to ask for refund.” They didn’t even have the common sense or decency to let me know before I got most of my order. Food was cold (ordered hot off the grill), missing toppings, just an overall miserable experience. They substituted 1-item with an alternative with far less value.
FYI, trying to request a refund through the app is a joke. You may end up with just a coupon instead of your money back. It is best to just avoid this location, I had a better experience in the Dover location near Target.

I went to burger king. I ordered the family bundle. After paying, a guy comes to the window and says, $9.98….or did you pay? Then we get our food, it was correct. After getting home and wrapping my daughter’s, who is 3 yrs old, burger to put away in the fridge, I notice mold on the burger. This makes me feel very uneasy!

This location has been a bit disappointing from time to time. Closing an hour before closing time….not making orders right….forgetting things. This one takes the cake thou right now atleast getting a order that looked like it was thrown together without a care in the world. Especially going through a drive though for a meal on the go was just ridiculous. It was dripping in the sauce, my bottom bun was soaked in it. The entire paper was covered all over, as pictured, in the sauce….very messy.

One star isn’t deserved. After a company meeting we wanted to go through the drive-thru to get burgers. In the meantime it had stormed and afterwards the sky was beautiful. I pulled to the right to get a quick picture. The very unprofessional boy working the drive-thru starts yelling about how I parked and was just flat out rude. I told him after I done getting my picture I was coming around to order. Even the customer getting her order heard this and told me to ignore him and he had zero respect for customers. At that point we said forget it and went to Hardee’s instead. The manager on that shift could have cared less when she was notified. It’s all good though because I don’t have a problem driving to the Dover location, and they really are nicer. The picture I included in this is all I was trying to get before we ordered. They lost out on $30.00 sale. Imagine if a mystery shopper was coming to evaluate them and witnessed this.

I placed a mobile order then waited in the store for 15 minutes to get my food, I needed to leave and asked for a refund because it was taking too long, the employee told me a refund on mobile order has to be processed through the app. I requested a refund on the app and was redirected to email where the customer service rep would not offer a refund and only a $3 coupon for my order. Terrible customer service and the food isn’t even good. I’m done with Burger King.

Went with some friends for the ghost pepper burger. It wasn’t cooked well and was a mess. I asked if I could have a cup of some of the ghostpeppe sauce something I did at two other burger kings with no issue. I was told it’s a spread not a sauce. I asked again if I could have a cup of the “spread” was told no and that I should know what something is if I ask for it. I felt dumb and won’t be returning to this location.

Customer service was ok but I ordered has browns this morning and they were literally soaked in oil. So much so that the hash browns carton was soaked through, the back was dripping oil, and there was a pool of grease at the bottom of the bag. They replaced them, but honestly damage was done, my appetite was ruined.
