Local KFC has really gone down hill over the last few years. I have gone to the drive through numerous times and they NEVER have chicken! How can you not have crispy chicken or breast or any chicken period at 4:45 – 5 PM.? Wouldn’t you be prepared for the dinner rush? When asked, staff just states we are all out. What? Just did a door dash order and couldn’t get what we ordered because they are out of chicken breasts… shocker. Door dash order arrived… Received chicken breast. Lol but everything else with the order was incorrect. I phoned the store and staff stated the door dash driver must have confused our order with another order he grabbed at the same time… only problem with that explanation is the bag had our order receipt listing items and last name on it.

That was the best fast food I have had in a long time. Felt like eating home made. The server was amazing, the food came fast and everything was so delicious! The best biscuits I ever had, the chicken was fresh and juicy, the Mac n cheese was hot, creamy and so cheesy, the biscuits were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the cole slaw was crisp, cool, the dressing was perfect. The restaurant was clean and well lit. I will be coming back.

I generally don’t leave negative reviews as im not frequenting places enough to be able to accurately report. But after my experience and reading the recent reviews it confirmed my review.
As I pulled to the speaker there was no one in the drive thru. I sat at the speaker with no greeting or acknowledgement, after a few minutes I asked “hello?” To no response, a few more minutes later a male voice came on (later confirmed the manager) and said “order please”. Following this i placed my order and was met with another short comment after confirming I was done ordering. When I got to the window I sat for another several minutes with no one taking my payment, after a few minutes the manager walked over and smacked my food on the counter, opened the window and said my total in a short, annoyed tone. I pulled my phone out to use the contact payment and was met with an eye roll and the window slamming as the manager grabbed the portable card machine (not even a foot above the window mind you). After this he hands me my drink and food then just closes the window for me to leave. This is absolutely a trend in this location that is very evident from the reviews. I also wouldn’t be surprised if there are unethical positive reviews being garnered, as I cannot believe that there is such a contrast of 1 stars to 5 stars.

Ordered through the app and noticed the potato wedges were back, ordered the meal. Looked good. Got to the drive through, was met with an eye roll as the worker(or manager, either or, had a kfc uniform on and looked miserable as could be) Said thank you, she then again rolled her eyes and shut the door. Wedges were burnt to a crisp, drumsticks were dry as hell’s basement. Also forgot part of my order. Pro tip, don’t be pissy lady, no one signed you up for that job.

Love KFC. Me and my daughter waited in line to get it. And it was totally worth it. Cars were backed up to the road and we waited about 6 minutes. Can’t wait to eat here again. My daughter said these are the best fries ever. So I tryed them and I agree. Yum yum yummy

Quite possibly the best KFC I have ever been to. I stopped here on my way to Canada and was quite pleased with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the speed of service, and the quality of the food.

Now in all fairness have not eaten in a KFC in more than 20 years and was very, very disappointed. Not at every aspect of dining here. Staff was passively friendly and when dealing with customers and the cleanliness of the building was fair and acceptable. However, this is KFC! and the quality of the “Chicken” served here was “HORRIBLE”. It was over-battered with a thick, mushy, saturated with seed oil (dripping with oil!) COLD oil, cold chicken that was very small pieces of chicken once you removed the thick, oily batter and the unnatural amount of additional fat (injected into parts where chickens DO NOT have fat).
This was NOT the “Kentucky Fried Chicken” I remember from decade ago! I can honestly say that the upset stomach I suffered from for a few hours was more enjoyable than this abomination of over-processed insult to chicken and the quality KFC was originally founded on..
