My husband and I absolutely LOVE Mi Cocina. It is our go to date night restaurant and one of our things is to try a different location each time 🙂 This location is in our top 5 favorite. My husband and I are both in hospitality management and this location happens to be next to both of our hotels. With that being said, since we love Mi Cocina. We always recommend this location to our guests. Anytime anyone asks me what a good place to eat is, I immediately without hesitation direct them here and 9 times out of 10. Guests do go and come back telling me how much they loved it. My husband decided to go in and order a meal to go to surprise me at work for my birthday and oh my goodness. The food was extra flavorful here. This has been by far, the best Mi Cocina Beef Fajitas that I’ve ever had. He also noted that he was impressed with the customer service and how attentive the staff was which is a big deal to us. We are going in person this upcoming weekend for a dine in date and I cannot wait!!!!

UPDATE: We went in person and had the most amazing experience. We also tried the Queso Fundido for the first time and it was a solid 10/10!! Service was phenomenal, food was perfect, drinks were too. Mi cocina does not dissapoint.

We had an amazing experience at Mi Cocina, and a huge part of that was our server, Arleth. From the moment we sat down, Arleth was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food were perfect the entire time. We never felt rushed, and she checked in just the right amount. Service like this really elevates the whole dining experience. Thank you, Arleth, for making our visit so enjoyable, we’ll definitely be back!

Oswaldo was the best service we have had here. We will now come here for dinner. The management and his team was top notch on everything. Despite several issues with our food, the service made up for everything. It made me forget the issues we had.

Mi Cocina is a Mexican restaurant known for its authentic Mexican food. Being indian I am not aware of Mexican food items. I ordered items with the help of my relatives. Being vegetarian, we had very few options. However we enjoyed the food. Ambience is very neat and clean. Service was very cordial.

My lovely bride and I joined our friends for lunch on Sunday at the Nebraska Furniture Drive location in The Colony. We were all very impressed and pleased with the food and the atmosphere. But by far the best part of the experience was the service! Our waiter was a delightful young man named George J. He was friendly and always “Johnny-on-the-spot” with anything we needed. He was funny, had a fantastic attitude, and looked like he truly enjoyed serving us.
We feel this is a direct result of the management, so we asked to speak with his manager, Roger. My suspicions were correct! Roger is exceptionally customer experience oriented and drives that attitude in a manner that filters down through the staff.
