I went to the store today to get a Very Berry Strawberry. The person at the checkout was nice and made the checkout quicker while there was one other person who kept the store clean for the patrons. The ice cream tasted fresh and creamy. Thank you.
We really appreciate it. …
is horrible i don’t recommend.
someone needs to get new employees
or train the current employees how to
make the food and drinks. I was just
there a few minutes ago and bought a
small iced coffee, a medium strawberry
coolatta and 2 wake-up wraps. This
place was overly priced compared to
other Dunkin’s i go to that’s around and
the ice coffee when i tasted it made me
make a sour face it was just nasty. The
strawberry coolatta was also very sour
and just utterly nasty. The wake up
wraps had uncooked bacon!!! at first i
didn’t mind it and ate it then my
stomach started hurting. if i could get a
refund I’d really appreciate that
because that was really bad experience
never had something so bad from a
Dunkin’ Donuts. Im not sure if some of you guys can see the photos
I never complain, but this is not even edible. It’s crusty and hard. If you don’t have what customers want, just cancel the order!
The biggest thing here is consistency: you walk in, you know what you’re getting, and it’s usually ready fast. The staff is generally friendly and keeps the line moving, even when it’s busy and everyone’s ordering like it’s a whole siyum. Coffee comes out hot, drinks are made the way you ask (and if you’re picky about your “exact amount of sweetener,” they don’t look at you funny ), and the donuts are fresh enough that you don’t feel like you’re eating “yesterday’s regret.”
It’s also worth noting for those who care about these things: the place is kosher, but chalav stam, which works for many people and makes it an easy, convenient stop when you’re out and about and just need something quick without overthinking it.
And honestly, the fact that it’s connected to Baskin-Robbins is a whole extra level of simcha. Because you come in saying, “Just a coffee, that’s it,” and five minutes later you’re standing there like, “Maybe just a small scoop for the kids… or for me… l’kavod I survived today.”
It’s also a great grab-and-go spot — easy in, easy out, perfect when you’re on the road or between errands. Just do yourself a favor and give the bag a quick peek before you pull off (you know how it is — you order 3 things and somehow end up with 2 and a napkin ).
Bottom line: a reliable, convenient Dunkin’ with friendly service, quick turnaround, and exactly what you need when the day is moving fast — plus the bonus of ice cream next door if the situation calls for it.
