This DD/BR is a quiet and nice ice cream/coffee place situated right on the Raritan Ave. They have special notice and hoarding on the wall about this place being Kosher. They have a decent parking space considering it is only shared among few businesses.

I went to the store today to get a Very Berry Strawberry. The person at the checkout was nice and made the checkout quicker while there was one other person who kept the store clean for the patrons. The ice cream tasted fresh and creamy. Thank you.

Dunkin 55 Raritan ave Highland Park nj
is horrible i don’t recommend.
someone needs to get new employees
or train the current employees how to
make the food and drinks. I was just
there a few minutes ago and bought a
small iced coffee, a medium strawberry
coolatta and 2 wake-up wraps. This
place was overly priced compared to
other Dunkin’s i go to that’s around and
the ice coffee when i tasted it made me
make a sour face it was just nasty. The
strawberry coolatta was also very sour
and just utterly nasty. The wake up
wraps had uncooked bacon!!! at first i
didn’t mind it and ate it then my
stomach started hurting. if i could get a
refund I’d really appreciate that
because that was really bad experience
never had something so bad from a
Dunkin’ Donuts. Im not sure if some of you guys can see the photos

Many Dunkin’ locations are serving sub-par coffee now. I’ve experienced this now second-rate brew at 6 different locations. Clearly they have changed their bean & ground coffee sources. DD used to have very good coffee, but in the last 3-4 months it is so obvious & blatantly weak & watered-down.

Unacceptable. These are old dry donuts that have been out forever. You are supposed to follow quality guidelines and throw donuts out at a certain time and replace. This Dunkin obviously keeps it until it gets old. I ordered online bc I am sick. They are not what was ordered. It looks like they just took the left over donuts they had, and shoved it in a bag.

I never complain, but this is not even edible. It’s crusty and hard. If you don’t have what customers want, just cancel the order!

Thank goodness my coffee was at least made right. Drive thru was a complete mess….it has been 4 days since the snow storm and snow has turned into ice at the drive thru….not sure if they plowed or if they plowed, it was done poorly because my AWD SUV almost got stuck in there. Not only that, my food was hard as a rock and burnt! I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese but instead I got burnt, 3 day old tasting bagel! What a waste of money!

I went there today to get an ice cappuccino with an old fashioned donut. The coffee was completely white with no ice and no sugar. The old fashioned donut was old and dry. The young lady behind the counter had absolutely no personality or customer service. I asked for more ice and got a few cubs, I ask for liquid sugar but I didn’t get it. I ask for some espresso in the coffee I got a shot but that didn’t fixed the awful coffee she made. Instead of apologizing and starting over she simply didn’t care. I asked for the blueberry donut instead but she didn’t listen and still give me the dry old fashion. I ended up throwing away the entire order in the store right in front of her. This felt like the DMV. Horrible customer service!! Horrible coffee maker! Teach your employees to make coffee.

This Dunkin’ is maintained very well and there is little to no garbage inside the store. Their selection of doughnuts is not big, but there is a decent variety. The seating area inside is not very big, but it is manageable. There is at least some spots for you to sit. Overall, this Dunkin’ is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone in town.

This Dunkin’ (right on Raritan Ave in Highland Park, and attached to Baskin-Robbins) is mamash a lifesaver — especially when you need a quick coffee and a little something to keep you menschlich while you’re running around.
The biggest thing here is consistency: you walk in, you know what you’re getting, and it’s usually ready fast. The staff is generally friendly and keeps the line moving, even when it’s busy and everyone’s ordering like it’s a whole siyum. Coffee comes out hot, drinks are made the way you ask (and if you’re picky about your “exact amount of sweetener,” they don’t look at you funny ), and the donuts are fresh enough that you don’t feel like you’re eating “yesterday’s regret.”
It’s also worth noting for those who care about these things: the place is kosher, but chalav stam, which works for many people and makes it an easy, convenient stop when you’re out and about and just need something quick without overthinking it.
And honestly, the fact that it’s connected to Baskin-Robbins is a whole extra level of simcha. Because you come in saying, “Just a coffee, that’s it,” and five minutes later you’re standing there like, “Maybe just a small scoop for the kids… or for me… l’kavod I survived today.”
It’s also a great grab-and-go spot — easy in, easy out, perfect when you’re on the road or between errands. Just do yourself a favor and give the bag a quick peek before you pull off (you know how it is — you order 3 things and somehow end up with 2 and a napkin ).
Bottom line: a reliable, convenient Dunkin’ with friendly service, quick turnaround, and exactly what you need when the day is moving fast — plus the bonus of ice cream next door if the situation calls for it.
