We went to this restaurant for lunch. Excellent preparation of the food but the timing was off…the entree arrived as we just started to eat our salads. We had the Steak and Lobster with Mac & Cheese and my husband had the same except he had the Asparagus. For dessert we had the Strawberry Cake but we split it….Portions were plentiful of everything. Nice place to go. There was absolutely no line like there is for dinner.

It’s a pretty good chain of over 500 locations. The bbq ribs are really good. Hot bread and butter come when you’re seated. Chicken fingers are also pretty great. Fried are good but over-seasoned. Their version of a ‘blooming onion’ called a Tonion is a bit sloppy. Bonanza by Camus is $48 a bottle and is ok. Ceaser salad not bad. Check was $120 for two with a bottle. 3rd visit—I’ll return.

Excellent dinner. We shared the Shrimp appetizers, Excellent! Highly recommend. Also had the parmesan cheese Fry’s, wow it’s enough for at least 6 people or more.
I had the Porterhouse steak Medium and it was perfect. Huge. I think I took home as much as I ate. Again Highly recommended. Especially if you like leftovers. I was disappointed in the miniature Half Sweet (Yam not Sweet) potato. It was wayyyy, over cooked and tiny.
Others had the Filet and bragged about it. Both said the Asparagus side was excellent.
Overall I highly recommend Longhorn and certainly Longhorn over Texas Road House.

Very flavorful and tender ribeye steaks. The restaurant was busy on a Friday at 8pm. We didn’t have reservations, but found 2 open seats at the bar. The bar staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for a good steak dinner.

First experience here and it was a pleasure. From the zero wait time for a table to the Bloody Mary. Food was perfect. Steve had 1/2 baby back rib rack I had 6 oz sirloin medium and they got it right. They never freeze their steak meat so the end result is perfection.

While visiting Palm Springs for Spring Break, my wife and i decided to make our last food stop, Longhorn Steakhouse. Unfortunately, we do not have one here in the Bay Area. This is one of our favorite food chain steak spots. It is so good.
Well, we went here 3 days before this day for dinner, and it was a horrible experience. However, we decided to give it one last shot because I really wanted steak. Welp… good ish of a choice. Everything was delicious . My steak was cooked well (I will eat it medium from now on vs medium well), fully loaded baked potatoes, warm bread with cinnamon butter, and a strawberry don julio marg long pour!!!
Thank you to Ms. Charmie Magbanua, the manager who was on duty the 1st night that we came and it was a no-go for us with that creaky waiter. You and your hospitality were superb and outstanding, ma’am. Please try to visit home when you can. I’m sure that you are missed!!

My children and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse in La Quinta, Ca off of Hwy 111 for the first time last night and we had a great experience. The wait time for party of 3 was short. We were seated immediately and our waiter for the night Jazmine, came over right away to take our drink orders. I had Handcrafted mango lemonade which was so delicious and my children ordered Sprite.
As we waited, Jazmine brought out loaf of bread and butter (not shown here) which was soo delicious, the bread was soft and hot.
I ordered appetizers as my entree: Wild West Shrimp and Parmesan crusted spinach dip. The shrimp were flavorful and crispy and the Parmesan spinach dip was flavorful. We enjoyed the crispy flatbread chips paired with the dip.
My children enjoyed the flatbread chips with butter! Amazing!
For desert we shared the Chocolate Stampede Cake served with Ice cream. We were so surprised with how big the dessert was. It is enough for the entire party to enjoy. Not overly impressed by this longhorn. I eat at a few in Phoenix often and love them. This one doesn’t seem to be able to get the steak to the right temperature and doesn’t seem to have a manager that cares much.
This time I ordered medium well. Server brings the plate out and there is literally blood all bore the plate. Nowhere close to medium well. More like rare. Absolutely not cooked.
This is the third time here where they haven’t gotten it right and never even had a manager follow up.
I won’t be back to this location unfortunately.

Food was average.
Service was fine, our server was very attentive. But the cleannes of knifes and forks left a little for better review. I cleaned the knife for about 5 minutes with wet napkin before using it for bread and butter complementary surved at the house.
There was no point to call a waitress and complain or ask for a new pair.
Overall average steakhouse.
