Ordered some crazy puffs, and I got blamed for them being flat since I was two minutes behind the order completion time, and it was my fault for letting them sit. I was told “they looked fine to them.” Employees were rude, and said they would remake them but it would take 20 minutes. I’ll post a Pic, and let yall be the judge. I also tried calling their supervisor and they keep hanging up on me. No cares given.
EDIT: I went back to ask for the employees names, and the shift leader said she was going to call the cops on me if i didnt leave. This place is ghetto. I’ll be taking it up with corporate to let them know how bad they treat their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
I’ll be happy to send the video to whomever requests. The entire lobby is full of disappointed customers..

It’s always a hit or miss and depends on who’s working. One thing never changes is they do not cut their pizza lol. I wish there was a way to request for it to be cooked longer because it feels under cooked. Can’t complain to much it’s cheap and still taste goods. Another time just waited 40 minutes , they were super busy but they didn’t even cut my pizza and mine broke can you tell this the SAME pizza, stuffed crust, just ordered on different days!

I ordered the lunch special and I was very displeased. Just from looking at the pizza I could tell it had been made several hours prior and had probably been sitting out all day. The cheese was incredibly stale as well as the dough. It was so tough I could barely pull the pieces apart. I’ve tried this location several times and each time I’m very displeased.

I figured I’d remove the old reviews as they aren’t relevant anymore. It’s been getting better, the service has improved to a degree, even the food tastes better. I believe there can still be some improvements made, but I do see a big difference!
The number one thing to improve is cooking those pizzas a tad bit longer. I normally take it home and throw it in the oven another 10-15 minutes at 375. Toast the bread a little more so it’s not soggy. Personally, i like it a little burnt, but i know not everyone does.

I waited an Hour and a half, for my food. Which I ordered at 6:09 and said it was going to be ready at 6:35, per the app. We checked in 3 times (which resulted in time passing until 7:12) and nothing got done. I had to raise my voice just to get my food, which I shouldn’t have had to do. It was ready because right after that, not even a MINUTE later, I got my food. Terrible experience, I should’ve gotten something free since they was waiting my time!

Went there tonight and order a good amount of pizza’s and wings and my pizza was not hot nor was my wings hot I had to literally come home and rewarm all of my food. It was disappointing because I feel like my money was wasted and customer service was not good.

Did an online order through the app. I ordered it at 5:00, It was supposed to be ready at 5:26. I had my dad pick it up, and they didn’t have it ready until 6:00, and then the portal pick up had my name on it, and he put the code in and it wouldn’t open the door to get the pizza. Another lady was there trying to get pizza for her party that she ordered a day in advance and got there at 6:00 when it was supposed to be ready to pick up and they didn’t start cooking it till after she got there and asked them where it was!!

You’re better off starving than wasting your time here. What is the point of placing an order on the app if every walkin customer will be served before you? If the volume of customers is overwhelming, hire more people!
