Truth To Tell
Really disappointed with this order. We spent about $32 on General Tso’s chicken and beef with broccoli, and it absolutely wasn’t worth the price.
My beef and broccoli bowl was almost entirely broccoli I’d say close to 3/4 of it. The beef itself was fine, nothing special, but there just wasn’t nearly enough of it compared to the amount of broccoli. To put it into perspective, once I finished picking out and eating the beef and put all the broccoli back onto the plate, it completely filled the entire container! That’s how little beef there actually was. It felt like a complete waste of money.
The General Tso’s chicken had a better portion balance, which was fine, but overall the flavor of both the dishes just wasn’t great. The Tso’s chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for a while or reheated. It definitely didn’t taste fresh.
The woman who packed the order was kind enough to include two spring rolls and fortune cookies, which I appreciated. But considering what we actually paid for, the food itself was disappointing. Fortunately, we won’t be ordering from here again.

No.1 China Wok is an absolute flavor explosion! From the vibrant colors to the incredible taste, this place knows how to do Chinese food right. I recently ordered their BBQ spare ribs and fried rice with shrimp, and let me tell you, it was a culinary adventure. I have to admit, this place makes excellent food!! We ordered from here randomly on a food delivery app months ago, and we have come to the conclusion that this food is top tier! We are hooked lol. We usually get the spare ribs combo with egg drop soup, sweet and sour pork, and crab rangoon. Everything that we eat from here is amazing! The customer service is great, they are quick to make your order, and they have a vast menu full of delicious dishes! We drove from Sanford for it, and we’re never disappointed!

Fabulous Chinese food, with huge portions. I ordered takeout twice during my stay in Florida: The broccoli in garlic sauce twice and the broccoli was cooked to perfection both times…not soggy, moo shu vegetable (even had wood ear in it), and pint of egg fried rice (seemed like a lot more than a pint size), that was not “greasy”. They give you a couple of prepackaged desert snacks which is a lovely touch and they pack it in a sturdy reusable to go bag. I spoke to several people, while in line for my food, and a couple of them have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. This is not really a dine in restaurant, although they do have 5 booths.

Id rate this place 6 stars if I could, the entire building smells amazing and they play classical music. Very sweet lady working the counter! The atmosphere is very relaxing but you can see the workers hustling. I’m definitely coming back again!

This food is so good, we keep going back for more! The portions are very generous and they always make our order with special requests. The staff is very nice on the phone and in person when ordering.
We are willing to drive the extra mile to get this Chinese food. They do not skimp on the shrimp or any other protein/meat that you order. What an added touch: They give lollipops or gummies and other goodies from time to time!!! Thanks for making ordering and pick up so easy because of your kindness.

easily the best tasting chinese restaurant we’ve had. the food always tastes really fresh, it’s not greasy by any means, and it’s not overly salty like most chinese spots typically are. they have a great variety of choices for combos. i highly recommend the honey general tsos chicken combo.
and to top it off, they provide a small dessert. once we got a homemade rice krispy treat, and the last few times we got fruit snacks!

Amazing in every way!!! Super friendly and fast service in the phone and in-person, as well as excellent food. We got Honey General Tso’s Chicken, Beef Lo Mein, Chicken Lo Mein, Pork Fried Rice, and Spring Rolls. All of it was delicious, and our request for no mushrooms was dutifully fulfilled. In addition to free spring rolls and fortune cookies, they gave us free fruit snacks and generous portions. This spot is a bit out of the way, but we will definitely be coming back anyways, thank you No.1 China Wok!

Worst service i’ve ever experienced in my life ! zero stars out of five, if I could give it ! They told me ten minutes for my food to be ready . But only for me to sit there for 1 hour . No one speaks english and the whole place and they ignore customers ! Bad bad bad service ! I would pick somewhere else next time.
